We were lining up opposite and it was taking so long.  The we saw that this restaurant was about to open soon and we asked the owner if we could line up and book a table.  Luckily we were the first in line when they opened at 7pm.  This was our first meal in Rome and it did not disappoint.  We were so glad they accommodated us and we were. Able to order all our favourite pastas, appetizers and dessert.  Food was great, and service attentive and friendly.  Was a great experience.

Although we waited for 25mins because there are 5 of us, it was totally worth it. Family-run business but the food tastes even better than some Michelin-star food. Price-quality ratio is very good and we even ask if we can dine for dinner again. We spent 120 euros for 4 appetizers 4 mains, 1 wine and beers. If I ever come back to Rome this will be my first stop to quench my thirst for authentic Italian food ❤️

The only family run restaurant we were able to find in 6 days in Rome.  Loved it.  Very quaint.

The grilled octopus, bruschetta with tomatoes and tiramisu were all very good.  The pasta we had that had red chicory in the ingredients wasn't to our taste (quite sour -  in fairness, the owner's son warned us that we might not like it, and we still ordered it, plus it might be because we're not used to real Italian flavors, so that's on us).  I wish we had the stomach to try another pasta.

Good, brisk service (we were out within an hour). There was a line outside when we went out. It's rather small inside, just one room with about 20 seats only.

Most amazing meal in Rome, highly recommended, this is a little secret heaven, the staff are amazing, the food is also amazing. If you want to go somewhere nice and be guaranteed good friendly service and amazing food then it's a must. BELLISSIMO.

the best meal and lasagna that I had in Rome. friendly, cozy environment. loved the wine selection and tiramisu also. get there at opening to minimize the queue but still worth it if there’s a waitlist. highly recommend!
