Andaz Amsterdam is very unique and memorable hotel with great location. We stayed as Hyatt Globalist and were warmly welcomed at check in with upgrade to the canal view room. The receptionist at check in was so friendly, kind and went out of her way to make us recommendation for things to do and  what to eat around the hotel. She would probably walked us to Frite place herself if she could. It’s so refreshing to meet a young person so passionate about her job and caring toward guests.
There was a hand written welcome note and goodies left for us in the beautiful room.
The room set up was strange but we got used it it. Plus can’t beat the canal view and the beautiful bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the minibar was fully stocked.
The garden in the back was so green and like a little oasis with Alice in Wonderland vibe. Liked the view of giant bells from the elevator strangely.
Breakfast was fantastic except for some mix up during the second morning but not the staffs fault. She was dealing with quite a demanding guest who was ordering off menu and confused her and the chef. It was such a nice view of the garden from the dining area. My son loved the Danish Apple pie with sprinkles for breakfast. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Andaz for our trip to Amsterdam and it was our best experience in Europe staying at a hotel. The hotel was clean and located in the beautiful Nine Streets area. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and return to a well kept room at the end of the day. The complimentary mini bar was also much appreciated. We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam for the first time.

This hotel is magical from the decor and the experience. We stopped at the bar everyday for food and drinks. Everything we tried tasted amazing. The craft cocktails were creative and delicious. But the amazing staff definitely made the entire experience. Great location, variety of shopping and walking distance to different popular sites.

One of the top boutique hotels I've ever been in my life. Stayed here end of Nov, 2024. This hotel is beautifully designed by Marcel wanders and gives "Alice in wonderland" vibes. You get to see such a beautiful, chic, and outstanding sculptures, lighting, plates in every corner of the hotel; this hotel is just absolutely gorgeous. Located by the heart of canal and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was so satisfying. All of the food were great and the decorations in the dining area with every details was just stunning. We really did enjoy our stay at Andaz hotel. We look forward to visiting again in near future.
