Location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately its bad news from that point. No hot showers, only luke warm every day. Bathroom had a bad drain smell. Room was very small in a loft space and in bad need of redecoration. I expect much better for €150 a night hotel. They also take a €100 deposite on arrival which is unexpected and not a nice welcome.

The hotel’s location was excellent very convenient for walking to key attractions and with great tram connections. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The only downside was the noise from the tram due to the older windows. Overall my 3-night stay was very enjoyable.

One of the worst hotel’s that I ever visited. The rooms are so tiny and not even the same like on the online pictures. Rooms are not clean at all, and general the whole hygine of the hotel is very bad. Breakfast in the hotel is one very big joke. Don’t expect good service from the workers because they don’t solve problems if you have one, for example… I wanted for a breakfast a little bit of marmelade and the thing from which you become marmelade was broken, I told that to one of the workers and he say to me, yeah, sorry about that (and didn’t do anythin to fix it…). First day when we came there, we need to pay 100€ deposit, even though that doesn’t say anywhere. Only good thing about this hotel is location. That’s it!! We are going there never again!!

definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in. The room is so small that we had no room to unpack, which was definitely not shown in the ad! The rooms are generally untidy and cleanliness is not their strong point. Upon arrival we had to pay a deposit of €100 which was not stated anywhere in the ad! The breakfast is simply ridiculous, 2 types of cheese and 2 types of salami, rolls and that's it, 0 choices. The staff is not helpful at all, for example the girl wanted Marmalade for breakfast, the device from which the Marmalade is taken was broken, when we told the staff we only got the answer: sorry, try to repair or service Marmalade was not there! The location of the hotel is the only positive thing as well as the connection to public transport. All in all, the hotel is too expensive and not worth recommending at all, a waste of money!
