The room was spotless and cozy, offering the perfect balance of proximity to a lively city center and the tranquility of a serene neighborhood filled with birdsong. With a beautiful park just next door, the setting is truly refreshing. But above all, the highlight of my stay has been the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We were blown away by the service of the staff. Especially Femka the hotel manager who made our stay in Amsterdam so much more authentic, with recommendations and cultural insights. And Ramona who served us an incredible breakfast every morning with a smile. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. From check in to check out we have had a really smooth and enjoyable stay at Maison Elle. The rooms were super clean and we particularly loved how comfy the bedding was. We had a balcony window which was perfect to watch sunset. the location of the hotel was just outside the busy city centre but a perfect distance to walk to so many restaurants, cafes and landmarks. We rented bikes from the hotel and took them around Vondel Park. Honestly this is one of the best city stays we’ve had and we can’t thank Maison Elle enough for this! We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is in a lovely location, not right in the middle so that it’s noisy, but not too far from the centre that you aren’t near anything. It’s on a quaint little street with the park and excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby ;) The staff are very attentive and are happy to get you anything you need, with someone at the desk 24 hours a day. The interiors of the hotel are stunning. We got the deluxe bedroom and it was amazing. We had a little balcony which is always great. Robes and slippers were provided which I love! Bed was extremely comfortable, as was the other seating in the room. Bathroom was great, I love that they provided separate hair conditioner, nowhere ever does. Only thing I will say is that there isn’t a huge choice for breakfast compared to other hotels I’ve been to, especially considering the cost, but it’s still tasty nonetheless. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here too. Thanks a lot. :)

Really content and impressed by the interior of this hotel. Very Elle fitting. Well received by the front office. Room was spacious, cute details, nice lighting to adjust in the room. Breakfast was made with passion! Plenty of options. Only missing a mini fridge in the room but was not a big issue as receptionist allowed me to use their fridge! I definitely would come back again at the next opportunity :)

A wonderful hotel to stay! We had a terrace as well, which made it feel really comfortable and homely. A huge bonus to us was the staff; super friendly and helpful (at all hours of the day/night!)
The bed was spacious and comfy, the bathroom clean. Thanks to being near het Vondelpark, it was also quiet, save for some birds waking you up in the morning. But I like that :D
