Highly, highly recommend. The guest services were friendly and helpful, even loaning us a stroller (aka Kinderwagen) for our three year old.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The closet storage helped us move our luggage out of sight and out of mind.

The breakfast buffet is also one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Everything from fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs and meat/veggies.

The location is perfect as it’s across the street from central station while also walking distance to many restaurants to sights.

This was an amazing stay, the staff is one of the best groups of people I have ever stayed with. I would recommend 10/10 to stay here. I plan to come back here. Only thing I wish was there wasn’t any netting over the windows and you could take good photos from your room cause the views are amazing. Love you guys your amazing thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Best part of the stay: the complimentary breakfast, easily best included breakfast I have ever had by far. The PIC of the morning kitchen is Berto, he is an absolute king. He always got us seated right away and helped in every way. I’m a single dad  I have 6yo girl with me and she was sick for the first couple days and he always made sure I had a tray and things to bring to her and he just is an absolute amazing representative of this place and there kindness. Sad to leave today but we will be back thank your brother for the good times!

I had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, with friendly and engaging staff who made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, with a great bar to unwind in the evening.

One small downside is that the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays during the low season, which was a bit disappointing. However, the team more than made up for it with their attentiveness. On my first night, my room was quite cold, so I mentioned it to reception before heading out for the day. When I returned, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable—a great example of top-notch service!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Looking forward to coming back!

Was a great place to stay, near central station and right next to a ton of shops and restaurants. Staff was always very friendly from helping with restaurant ideas to helping us get a stroller down the stairs. The rooms were clean and in good repair, and they had a pack n play available for our infant. The pool and sauna were great and they had good change facilities available. I would definitely stay here again.

The only time I give a hotel a 1 star review is when I get a very bad nights sleep. The entire point of staying in a good hotel is to get a good sleep in a comfortable bed, unfortunately this was not the case.
I have stayed in this hotel 20 - 30 times + and I have always enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately the room I was given on this occasion was in need of refurbishment and this included the bed which was lumpy and very much at the end of its commercial life.  The room was also very dusty, which give me a blocked nose and subsequently made sleeping even harder.
I don't think I can stay in this hotel again due to my concern of being allocated a sub standard room again.
