I’ve visited this place often and have to say that the coffee options are great. The snacks, like the Choco Four, are delicious. The staff are very respectful and well-mannered. However, I have to critique the cleanliness the floors and tables could be cleaned more thoroughly.

I ordered at the bar to sit in and asked if someone could clean our dirty table from the last customers. One staff member didn’t seem to care at all, and the other just said, ‘We’ll do it when we have time.’
I ordered my coffee to sit in, but they gave it to me in a takeaway cup. No one ever came to clean the table, and we ended up sitting at a dirty table the whole time until we left.

Really disappointing service.

Two staff for a peak Sunday afternoon, 30 minutes to get a cappuccino and a toast which was forgotten to even put in the oven to warm up. Horrible management of the personal and service. For what you charge a shitty coffe you could do better

The best place to enjoy your fika drinking your coffee and eating a cinamon roll.!! I was on Stockholm for three months and it was my place to relax. To meditate. To clean my mind and try nice tastes of Sweden. Don't forget to try a white Muffin and cinnamon rolls. The atmosphere is warm and the staff so kind. Highly recommended ! In comparison with other coffees around, for sure it is the cheapest one!

I fail to understand how on a busy Saturday evening, there are only two poor staff working in the shop. Definitely shows that espresso house doesn’t care about their workers and only cares about the money coming in.
