I was truly delighted to stay at the Hilton in London, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, efficient, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk made me feel valued and ensured that everything was in order. My room was exactly as expected—beautifully maintained, clean, and perfectly comfortable. It was everything I had hoped for and more.

What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every member of staff I encountered was not only incredibly polite but also remarkably composed and professional. Their attentiveness and warm demeanor made the stay even more enjoyable.

A special mention must go to a tall gentleman who worked in the hotel bar and restaurant in the afternoon. Walking through the entrance and you instantly forget you’ve just walked in from a busy London road, staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful right off the bat.
The hotel has a luxurious ambience and oozes quality throughout.
Entering the room and you’re welcomed with a superb sized bed and facilities, absolutely spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need was provided.
After an amazing nights sleep we had a lovely continental breakfast in the bar, restaurant area.
I would not hesitate to stay here again- definitely worth 5 stars

While yes, the rooms are smaller than you be expecting, it’s worth it as every detail is tastefully done. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, and luxurious. The restaurant and bar was stunning, the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Great location and their cafe/coffee shop was a welcomed morning must! Plus, Jun, the barista made the best drinks and kindest service. 5 star experience overall.

There was an issue with my sister's room when we arrived but I spoke with the manager, Mr Sansmit and he very kindly solved it for us, and that made me change my mind completely about the experience. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years now, this is the kind of attention to detail that I expect from the brand. I am giving 4 stars to the rooms simply because being central London, they are bound to be small.

Our room was tiny, but well appointed in this lovely boutique hotel. Service throughout the hotel was attentive. Breakfasts were especially bounteous. Two mornings Rafael took care of us at breakfast. His service was impeccable.
Highly recommend the location of Lost Property. We hope to return!
