As a Korean who absolutely loves ramen, I feel confident in saying you can trust my review. I’ve tried both the Shoyu Ramen and Shio Ramen here, and they were really cool that I visited twice in two days. The effort put into the chicken broth is evident; the flavor was deep and rich. Expecting a vegetarian option at a ramen place like this misses the point. You know, it’s RAMEN. this chicken broth is crazy!

The noodles were perfectly cooked, offering a delightful chewiness and absorbing the broth beautifully. Delicious, light, clean broth. Great, hearty meal without making you feel sluggish after. I really enjoyed how tender the meat was and the noodles were chewy and not over cooked. They also meticulously put together each bowl, tasting along the way, so I’m sure if I came again another day, it’d be at a minimum, just as good.

And for the review that complained about it not being run by Southeast Asians, this type of ramen is not even from SE Asia… so weird thing to be hung up on

I have been there many times and an also wrote 5* reviews before.  Nowadays they have only two options which taste almost the same as they are both chicken broth based, the nudels are not homemade and the pork is not grilled any longer . Also no vegetarian option exists any longer. Personally I won’t come again.

I ate ramen in many places before and even Japan. The ramen here is made with dry noodles in plastic bags that probably can be bought in any stores. The meat is cooked not flambe. The brouth tasted like it was made with chicken cubes. I don't recommend if you want to eat a good ramen!

4-star flavors with 1-star portion. We ordered the tasting menu and the full set could only make me half full. All the starters were too salty to my taste (perhaps to avoid you from getting higher appetites). The highlight of the menu was the scallop sushi infused with yuzu. The yuzu’s aroma brought out the sweetness of the scallop, and the texture of the scallop was silky and tender.
If I come again I’ll definitely not order tasting menu, maybe the a la cadre menu is more value of money.

Awesommmmmme Sushi..!! Loved the place. What a mouth melting, mouth watering sushi. So yumm. We took a plate with 23 bites consisting of all flavors. It was such a smart thing to do because we could try different taste.

One of the best restaurants in town, I usually try to go there at least once every few months because the food is actually amazing, especially the ceviche. I might be a bit more expensive than other similar places but in this case is completely worth it.

Life altering. This meal was amazing!! Our first real sit down meal together in Sweden, and I was in heaven. Took all my servers recommendations and couldn’t be happier! Fantastic Long Collin’s, delicious appetizers, and the pork was fabulous!! I want to come back and try the guinea fowl… next time!! But the chocolate pudding was a great way to end the night. Plus the hilarious bathroom of course…! ;) Highly recommend to anyone.

Very good restaurant. I haven’t tried many places in Stockholm, but the rumors about bad Swedish food don’t apply here. The food is freshly prepared on the spot in an open kitchen, the service was friendly, and the portions were just right. Every dish we ordered was excellent. Special shoutout to the madeleine, served hot straight from the oven!
