The hotel is lovely and the staff are simply fantastic. Take a walk in the wonderful gardens and see how many fruit trees you can spot.  Choose to stay in either of the Palazzo and enjoy many different F&B outlets.  Easy walk into Florence with many other restaurants nearby.  The spa is great and outdoor hot tub is fabulously large.  What a great stay!

We truly had the most beautiful experience at this hotel. My fiancé proposed to me in their beautiful garden, and we enjoyed some light appetizers and the most delicious wine in their atrium bar. The staff was absolutely incredible and making us feel so special and we will forever have beautiful memories of our engagement celebration at this hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for making it such a memorable experience. We will be back!

Truly the pinnacle of luxury, this hotel should set the standard for a 5-star hotel. This hotel blows away its U.S. counterparts. Service level is top notch. We were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite, and it was perhaps the nicest room I've ever stayed in. The pool, spa, and gardens are an exceptional bonus. The entire property is filled with art. I could find no fault with our stay, service, or the hotel itself. We walked about 5-10 minutes to all the main sites and museums. This hotel is situated down a quiet street away from all the crowds and tourists. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation.

Best sandwich ever. I went just before 10am when it opened and it was the greatest decision. I avoided a line up and was able to order a delicious and fresh truffle mortadella sandwich. The bread was incredible, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the toppings were endless but my most favourite part was the mushroom truffle spread and ricotta cream - just incredible. It was super flavorful. I enjoyed every single bite and that sandwich was huge!!! It was worth every single penny. The service was super friendly, efficient, and quick. Heard great things about this place, and that they had a restaurant in New York, so I first tried the New York location - it was good, not great. Came here - this was great.

The line can be a bit chaotic because there are like 2 or 3 counters that they open up randomly. There is some English speaking staff here who are very helpful. The sandwiches are also phenomenal. I will definitely be back.
