Amazing experience for our anniversary.  The decorations of the place the different atmosphere and the music definitely is a plus shame that we could see the band because of our table place. The food was another level. Worth every penny! The pineapple dessert was mind-blowing. The cocktails were delicious. Super recommend if you want to have a celebration dinner or if you want to show people what Latin food vibes are! Also Davide gave us incredible attention.

we went to dinner around 8 pm. there were too many people, too noisy, the waiters were nervous, too fast, the atmosphere is not relaxed. the decoration of the restaurant is excellent, but the atmosphere is not so relaxed, it all seems forced. The food is great, try the frog's legs. The cakes are excellent. I recommend that you come and judge for yourself whether you like it or not. this pleasure is quite expensive.

Amazonico, you get an irresistible Hereford fillet steak of £7.70 and you pay £55 plus 15% service charge plus tips. Then you are  aggressively kicked out because you reached your booking’s time-slot. Food quality is getting worse and worse every year, food taste is below average, portions are for tasting menus, service extremely slow with extremely arrogant behaviour (like you need them, not that you are a valuable customer paying them with your money), cocktails of £20 full of ice (remove the ice and it is one sip), extremely noisy. Terrible experience! The customers are just a number for them. Be careful of the bouncers, they might hit you because it’s Amazonico.

Overall a great experience but definitely quieter at lunch compared to dinner service. Love the design of the space and the music was great. They offer a great set lunch menu which was well priced and had a nice selection of dishes. Food and drinks were great. The service was alright - not overly attentive considering if was quiet and the high % service charge.

I came here for lunch at the courtyard last week. Although the weather was cold, there were heaters around, and the atmosphere was nice. Food was good, and contrary to the other reviews, I found the service to be excellent. Our server, Megan, was so lovely, and when my order was mixed up due to a small misunderstanding, the employees did not hesitate to rectify the mistake although they didn't need to. Would recommend coming here and I will definitely return again.

Stopped for a quick coffee before leaving London. Sat in the outside terrace, sunny day, lovely setting. Staff were professional and polite and the coffee and pastries were very nice.

Didn't use the main restaurant or hotel so can't comment on those but on a sunny day would highly recommend sitting on the terrace and enjoying some refreshments. The toilets were also incredibly clean and smelled like tom ford bizarrely.
