Good pizza, small selection, which is a tell of quality.

The peperoni pizza was amazing, great deep flavor with a little spicy kick. However the margherita was sadly a little bland in the taste, and didn't amaze in the same way.

House white wine was great, and they were very chill and kind.

Closed 30 minutes before closing time what a shame especially when you just want to order one pizza.
Today is the day where service ends as well as passion for pizza and simple meals that bring love, joy and memories.
800 degrees becomes 180 degrees outside of home and far from my belly.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had recently… and I eat a lot of pizza!
The concept is simple: four different pizzas to chose from, two of which are veg.
The ingredients are top quality and the combinations of flavors is really well thought of. The dough is thin and just the right crunchy.
I tried the pepperoni with jalapeños and just a hint of honey to round it all together. It was amazing.
I am not sure if they rotate the options regularly, but can imagine that’s the case.
The location is small and cozy. You can also buy to take away.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are simply fantastic. Take a walk in the wonderful gardens and see how many fruit trees you can spot.  Choose to stay in either of the Palazzo and enjoy many different F&B outlets.  Easy walk into Florence with many other restaurants nearby.  The spa is great and outdoor hot tub is fabulously large.  What a great stay!

We truly had the most beautiful experience at this hotel. My fiancé proposed to me in their beautiful garden, and we enjoyed some light appetizers and the most delicious wine in their atrium bar. The staff was absolutely incredible and making us feel so special and we will forever have beautiful memories of our engagement celebration at this hotel. I love this hotel. Their renovated rooms are to die for. The location is slightly far from the places we go to “downtown”.
Expect to pay for any service you request 🥰
Unpacking service is 50€ per person per hour.
The pool restaurant is great, the spa is also great.
The breakfast was ok.

Truly the pinnacle of luxury, this hotel should set the standard for a 5-star hotel. This hotel blows away its U.S. counterparts. Service level is top notch. We were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite, and it was perhaps the nicest room I've ever stayed in. The pool, spa, and gardens are an exceptional bonus. The entire property is filled with art. I could find no fault with our stay, service, or the hotel itself. We walked about 5-10 minutes to all the main sites and museums. This hotel is situated down a quiet street away from all the crowds and tourists. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation.
