Loved this hotel! The entire staff was very nice and helpful, especially the M Club staff. Their warm smiles, kindness, and eagerness to make me feel attended to were the perfect start and finish to my day. Thank you!
The fitness center is top notch and very clean with an amazing view. The room was also very clean and comfy, the elevators were fast, and the restaurant had a really yummy, healthy vegan option which is much appreciated! I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Everything was just amazing, the location, rooms, restaurant, but mostly the service from the staff. They just went the extra mile to accommodate any request. Following my departure, there were couple of packages to still arrive at the hotel, and I could not return to downtown LA in that trip. They were so kind and offered to ship them at any address convenient, on their expense (though it was my fault and I offered to support the cost). This is what I call amazing !! There is no more debate what's my preferred hotel destination in downtown LA from now on..

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand for a conference. As we came from Phoenix, we had a car that we wanted to park as we weren't going to use it for 3 days. The ONLY option offered by the hotel was valet for $58/night. We inquired about other nearby options and were told that nothing existed and valet was our best option. The woman checking us in must have felt sorry and called the valet manager (3rd party company) and he agreed to give us a better rate at $46/night.
Well when we went to check out, it was in fact $58/night. And naturally the woman who helped us and the valet manager were not working when we checked out, so long story short, they would not honor the reduced rate. While it didn't break the bank, it's a matter of principle and guess service. I guess next time I take pictures and get it in writing. And to top it off, the parking garage was nearly empty. Wonder why? ;)

As an Ambassador Elite member, I was expecting a more personalized experience at the Sheraton Hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few significant issues.

The "upgraded" room 1608, which I was given for free, turned out to be a nightmare. Located right next to the elevators, the constant noise of elevators going up and down made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To anyone considering this room, I would strongly advise against it.

Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the free lounge is closed on weekends, leaving elite members like myself with only a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. While the staff was friendly, the breakfast offerings were unimpressive.

Given these issues, I won't be returning to this hotel. While the staff was nice, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
