Amazing atmosphere. The hosts were amazing in finding us a beautiful spot even without reservation.
The food was just delicious, best experience so far in Palma. I recommend: matrimonio, sardines, croquetas de pulpo y pulpo a la plancha. We enjoyed wine as well.

For me it's an institutional restaurant in Palma.
From the first time I visited it 7 years ago it remains a must do when I visit Palma.
The ambient will definitely charm you and you will not necessarily miss a restaurant with an outdoor seating.
And even though my fish was not greatly cooked,  I am willing to clarify this as an one off incident.
The deserts definitely need an improvement (too sweet).

Annoying. We’ve ordered fried fish mix (menu clearly says “pescado” not “marisco”) and as second main dish the calamari, on purpose avoiding octopuses (“pulpo”listed on other position in the menu). To our surprise next to the calamari on metal pole, we got a plate of mixed octopus, calamari (yes, again), 3 tiny fish meat cubes and 2 sad sardines on top. I was too astonished to take a photo of it. Once we asked waiter what is it he insisted THIS is what we ordered and tried to convince us that octopus parts are actually fish meat. We simply couldn’t agree with him, so he has offered taking it back to the kitchen and ordering another new position from the menu instead. We were both hungry, it was late evening and we can’t stand disposing edible food, so we kept it, nevertheless it’s deeply annoying that a restaurant which apparently was Michelin recommendation in 2017 brought us whatever leftovers they had from ingredients for other dishes and called it our choice. You can see on the bill that this position name was spelled with capital letters, which also suggests it was added later out of necessity. Pity because it ruined the experience, which otherwise would have been decent, as calamari was pretty good, but that’s basically only thing we got.

The tapas here are well balanced between portion size and taste we were 5 and filled up pretty quickly. The octopus was the favourite followed by the large croquettes (beef) and the dessert. All really liked the Anchovies also. Service was point and the restaurant was buzzing.  We enjoyed the visit.

Really fun and buzzing place!

We waited about 20 minutes in a queue before going in as the place was busy on a Monday night. Service was quick after we were sat, with plates arriving at different times which was expected.

However we did have to wait around 30 minutes for our last dish and had to ask about it (we assume the server did not actually order it the first time). Similar thing happened a couple more times with drinks, where we had to wait 10+ minutes for a beer glass to be delivered (despite the other ordered drink taking less than 1 minute).

There seems to be a lot of staff running around constantly, but was actually quite tricky to pin people down.

The food was delicious, albeit quite expensive compared to other tapas places.
