Came here during lunchtime with my boyfriend. We were expecting it to be good because of the reviews but it was outrageously fantastic! Please be aware that it gets pretty packed so the earlier you come the better. We waited about 20 min after ordering our food, which is typically normal but it’s worth it. And they have Jarritos! Dios mío! So many childhood memories!

This was just amazing. The food, the place, the service !

From parking, to the short walk to the entrance, where you are welcomed by a nice host, easy guided to self serve in finding a free table. We got there at 11:30 am on a Sunday, and then had just been open for 30 min, and there was a big crowd already. But no problem getting a table in the shade. We sat at table no. 41. The staff is top notch hospitality and showed us the line to order food and for toilets, and the little general store (if you want to get bbq stuff, merch etc.).

The line for ordering was smooth. Super professional and very well given advice in our order (the menu is huge).

We both got a Base Plate with bread, Carolina Slaw, Ginger Cucumber, and tortillas, HOLY's Green Special Sauce and Pickled Onions.

Then we shared:

The Brisket,
Spicy Bacon
St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs
Pulled Pork

For sides we shared Pit Beans and Cream Chili Corn. Both awesome!

We both had the Corn on the Cob with Sriracha mayo. It was so delicious, with a crunchy topping too.

On the table is a selection of sauces:
Vinegar sauce
Mustard sauce
Chipotle/Tomato base sauce

My partner is from North Carolina, so the Vinegar sauce and Pulled Pork was bringing back memories.

For drinks we just got ice-cold Sparkling Water.
No room for dessert at this visit, but next time!

Very charming mediterranean decorated place.

I have never set a bad opinion because I am so easy to satisfy but this dinner was really my worst in life.

The worst place in my visit to Visby:
1. The waitress told us she didn't have place where we saw the place had few people, she told us to return in 20 minutes and was the same amount of people and finally gave us  table.
2. The place was super cold, with horrible statues in the centra fountain.
3. All waitress dressed almost informal.
4. The menu super limited.
5. The prices high.
6. The food cold and low quality. My chicken super empty plate, then I had to order a salad which also had very few simple elements, and both super expensive.
7. I ordered bread to compensate the lacking of food and the bread was box-bread industrial flavors...
