I accidentally messed up my order with the Green Curry Burger, not realizing that I should have asked for the chicken, as I only eat halal. When I brought this to their attention, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Geo, in particular, was fantastic—he kindly took the burger back without hesitation and assured me they would fix it right away. Within 5 minutes, they had remade the entire order with halal chicken, which was absolutely delicious.

Geo's professionalism and helpfulness really stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant experience. He frequently checked in to see if everything was okay and asked if we needed anything, like sauces or napkins, without us having to ask.

The food was top-notch. The Chicken Shack burger was delicious, and the cheesy fries were the perfect side. The mango passionade and the cookies and cream shake were also refreshing.

Overall, I left impressed by both the exceptional service and the delicious food. I’ll definitely be returning to Shake Shack at Westfield Stratford City.

Gotten myself some shrooms burger for dinner, and their limited edition chips that comes with fried shallots (on top of cheese), and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Quality was as expected, similar to what I had back in Singapore. Fries actually felt like something I had before but was still good nonetheless.

Definitely recommended to come by for a quick meal fix outside of the very busy and packed food court within the mall! 🍔

Only been once before in America, and this was a much more relaxing experience! No queues, plenty tables for lunch, tidy and lots of high chairs. Food was really tasty and came quickly - beef burgers were excellent. Fatima told my husband he could sit and wait at a table rather than standing by the tills which was nice. Amazing shopping center with high-class shoes, clothes, food, desserts, bags, and even books. There is so much to see and explore in the center. At first, it was overwhelming, but once you understand how the area flows, you will be in good hands. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to visit Harrods as well. It is well worth the stop. By the way, it's a stop along the Big Bus Tour, which can make it easier to get to.

Love the vibes and how the place is organized. Sit-down food hall is available on the ground floor. The price isn't as friendly as it should be. It's the seating and its luxurious settings that push up the price. But anyway, the place is still great for tourists to do shopping. No more tax refund since Brexit.

We’ve had many memorable meals over the years, but this one certainly takes the cake. Core’s three Michelin stars are extremely well-deserved - the creativity, presentation, and attention to detail are truly unrivaled. Each course was perfectly crafted, beautifully plated, and masterfully explained by its chef. Chef Clare Smyth was active in the kitchen on the evening we dined there, and it was evident how dedicated she was towards every dish being truly perfect. The wine pairings were a highlight as well, as was our amazing service by our server Bri.
