I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Japanese restaurant in London, and I must say, the experience surpassed all expectations. Beautiful place with lovely dishes! We were there for the sushi not for the sticks but I’m sure they’re good too. We wanted to try multiple things as we heard so much about the place. The Tuna Tartare Bites are my absolute favourite, everything was delicious. And good customer service as well, accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions.

I'm a big fan of Sticks & Sushi and have been to several of their locations, all of which have received 5-star reviews from me. However, the Covent Garden branch seems to consistently underperform compared to the others.

The food itself is still very good. The sushi platter we ordered was excellent - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients and preparation is on par with what I've experienced at their other restaurants.

However, the service is really where this location falls short. The server seemed more focused on socializing with their coworkers than attending to our table. It took a very long time to get our order taken, get refills, and even get the bill. They just didn't seem engaged or interested in providing a good customer experience.

While the pricing is consistent across Sticks & Sushi locations, the poor service here just doesn't live up to the standard I expect from this restaurant group. The food is still great, but the lack of attentive service drags down the overall experience.

Overall, I'd rate this particular Sticks & Sushi location a 3 out of 5. The food is still top-notch, but the service issues are hard to overlook. I'll continue visiting their other London locations, but I'd be hesitant to come back to this Covent Garden branch unless I hear the service has improved.

Delicious food, the sushi and tartar was all nicely prepared and full of flavour but the biggest winner was the sticks. The duck one was super tender and the other sticks we tried were so tasty, next time I'll go more for the sticks. It is quite expensive however and the desserts aren't worth trying and were average

First time visiting this chain. Most of the sushi dishes were great; the ones we didn’t like so much were probably personal choice. Neither of us particularly liked the sticks, so left most uneaten.
Service was good, but our table was in an area that seemed to have heavy traffic which wasn’t the best.
