There is something special about this place. The coffee is amazing and I enjoyed talking to the owner of the coffee shop. He has really inspired me to keep travelling and found my future place. We were fortunate enough to walk in and secure a table on our last night in Stockholm due to some cancellations. The staff was friendly, promptly providing us with water and the menu as soon as we sat down.

I had the opportunity to discuss the principles behind the bar menu with the founders and their philosophy regarding availability of ingredients and traditions around pickling, fermenting and jacking were awesome. This is a bar that will serve you fantastic cocktails and meet you where you are ready (recommending you a drink or discussing pickling methods).

I could gush further but I'll keep this simple: this bar is not flash(like a speakeasy behind a soda machine) but instead an example of what a passion for the craft looks like.
