Despite a huge crowd of people, I had a great stay at Svedjan.

It was Swedish autumn break and everyone wanted to come here, I now understand why:
Great bread buns, delicious cardamom buns, great coffee from Koppi.

I counted at least twelve people working in the service. Congratulations for such a clockwork!

We stopped by here quickly lunch time on a Friday and it was easy getting a table. Food wise, we ordered a cardamom bun, pain au chocolate and sourdough roll with cheese and cucumber. We got a hot choc and flat white for drinks. While the cardamom bun wasn't to my taste (a bit too sweet and a little soggy) and the hot choc a little too milky, the pain au choc and sourdough roll were absolutely outstanding.

Had the absolute best food experience here. The food and meals were absolutely phenomenal. I am incredibly impressed with the quality and flavors of all the dishes here.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. We went for lunch and it was very relaxed and the building it is in was stunning.

The service we received we received from Anthony, Josh, Oswaldo was great. They were very informative about the menu, food, ingredients.

Chloe gave us a tour of the kitchen and was kind enough to take a photo.

They also have a Manhattan cart where they make your drink of choice right there. Isiah was phenomenal and gave us great recommendations on the subtle differences with the ingredients of each drink.

They also gave us some fresh made granola as a nice little treat. Definitely will be back when we are in town and absolutely obsessed with this place and what they’ve done.

Dining at Eleven Madison Park is always a unique experience.
Although the vegan food did not impress, the staff were amazing and the atmosphere romantic, even though there were constant movement of staff since we sat close to the Kitchen opening.
I have to say that we expected way more of the food of a 3 Stars Michlen restaurant. Except the Avocado and the fried Mushrooms, most of the food tasted similar and there wasn't even once that we were wowed by the food.
I don't think this experience is worth the money, unfortunately.

Iconic. Deserving of all their accolades. 3 Michelin stars and phenomenal vegan food. I am not vegan and I loved every dish. Their cocktail menu is to die for, incredibly delicious. A vegan Michelin star restaurant? I had to try it. And I was not disappointed. The quality of each dish was phenomenal. My taste buds were floating in space all the way. I celebrated my birthday there and my mochi came with a cute candle 🤩 It was definitely worth my New York trip. Just about the best restaurant experience I have ever had. I have been to a couple Michelin starred restaurants, however Eleven Madison Park takes the cake! It’s an all vegan Menu and every dish is an experience of its own. My personal favorite was actually the tomato tea with fresh local tomato’s in a type of savory cookie. It was a way of consuming and experiencing the aroma of a tomato I had never had before and absolutely blew my mind. So simple yet so unique and absolutely incredible flavors. The service was perfect. They were very friendly, inviting and relaxed while retaining utmost professionalism with an astonishing attention to detail. All in all, a flawless dining experience, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Really great hotpot, we were skeptic at first as it was not a buffe style hotpot, but each ingredient was well prepared and of better quality than any other hotpot we have had in Sweden. Hand made fish balls taste broth. Felt extremely homey and authentic. Was a bit crowded, but worth a visit!
