Everything was amazing! The location absolutely beautiful, from the front door to the room. The room we stayed in was accessed by a small boat that picked you up, the trajectory was splendid. The staff, beyond amazing, super kind and made us feel like very important guests. Shout out to Elvis and his entire team ! The food was yummy and the drinks too. We shared our space with birds (that sang beautifully in the morning), a kitty, peacocks (they are loud but we didn’t mind since they’re so gorgeous!), we even saw a cute little raccoon in the reception coming out. We did some midnight wondering and there was staff keeping an eye at all times. All in all 10/10 would recommend and will come back!

Overpriced for what you get. The hotel looks and feels old. The hotel grounds are not well kept and very confusing to get around.

Staff is very friendly and do want to do a good job. Yet, does not mean that they succeed in doing a good job.  The many pitfalls present here are not worth the price.

Overpriced! I would not recommend anybody to go there.
You simply don’t get what you pay. The rooms are old and dirty for a 5* hotel and the food is expensive and very very simple.  We feel robbed for having to pay 35000 pesos for a bottle of water.
We must say the stuff is very friendly.

This place is AMAZING. What a hidden gem, you arrive by boat on a private dock on this private island, get whisked away by golf cart to a private beach, and have free access to non motorized water sports, snorkeling, and mountain bikes. Very secluded, very romatic, all around phenomenal. Would recommend an entire day here rather than half day that we spent.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice food and great service. Extremely cool system of moving around, on golf carts or bikes! Watch out some of the bikes are broken though. Fun events you can book through the hotel. Once or twice the electricity went out in the room for like 1 second.

This was one of the restaurants that really satisfied me to the core on my first ever visit to Cartagena. No other restaurant came close on my first round visit to Cartagena, not even slightly close. We went all in with starters, entrees and dessert — everything hit the spot! The service was excellent and our server was super friendly and helpful. This was the perfect spot to celebrate our honeymoon. The service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was romantic. We enjoyed a 6-piece band during our dinner and were surprised when they congratulated us on our marriage (when our server also surprised us with a lovely chocolate cake). Overall, the experience was incredible and we’d highly recommend for great food or to celebrate a special occasion

This restaurant was highly recommended by the manager at my hotel  with the warning that they have a dress code that doesn't allow shorts.  I only brought shorts so I went to a mall and bought a pair of Colombian jeans.  The restaurant is in a beautiful historic district in the walled section of the city.  Our servers were very attentive.  I selected the shrimp ravioli.  Great dish! My partner a seafood risotto which was very tasty.  We started with an octopus appetizer which was outstanding.  The meal ended with flan for dessert.  The place also has live music and the band was pretty good.  I'd probably give them 5 stars if I didn't have to buy pants to eat there.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect because you are so close to everything. At the same time, it's tucked away and our room was so quiet so we had no street noise. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. The hotel is clean and the staff were always friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

I got moved here when a sister hotel (under the same group) had water issues from a storm right before I arrived to Cartagena. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the restaurant sang me happy birthday without request and the room as clean and nice. The outdoor was gorgeous and it's close to some really good restaurants!
