This was our last stop for lunch/brunch during last week’s US Open event.  And both of us were blown away with the delicate infused taste that each dish presented our palettes.  Service was fantastic with much attention to detail…. We will definitely be coming back for more (dinner for sure) when we are in town again.  If you like Indian fusion food then this is a must stop!

The chili crab had flavors I have never had a combo of before , garlic prawns were good.
Ambience service is all great! I’d take two stars away from the food because it was wayyy to rich ( I mean tones of butter and cream used in curries) made us feel full till being sick.
Sometimes great food can also be made without excessive use of oil and butter.

The place provided us with an outstanding dining experience filled with unique and delicious flavors. Each course had amazing dishes. Additionally, the staff was friendly, and the service was impressively quick, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Amazingly interesting and creative food, especially the lamb, and patient service from a very good waiter. However we were rushed out, first the manager hovering, then getting the bill too early, but most obnoxiously a half pour of our third glass of wine. The restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. I’ve never actually had this happen before. Plus there is zero ventilation in the back of the restaurant. We won’t be back, unless to sit at the bar.

Idag var det galadag. Med en vän på besök från västkusten som ville äta på inte en utan tre indiska restauranger hur kunde jag inte gå med på att bryta bröd med henne? Detta var Shobhas första gång att äta här. Jag hade ätit här minst fyra gånger. Vi hade båda tre rätters avsmakningsmeny för 56 dollar . Ett roat besök av små blå ostnaans tillsammans med en kokosnöt och pumpashorba gavs. Naan var mör, seg och skarp i smaken. Vi åt båda Sweet Pickle Pork Revbens som Pete Wells, tidigare New York Times matkritiker, skrev att denna rätt inte kunde tas bort från menyn. Shobha beställde Tandoori Lamb Chops, Black Dal och Kashmiri Morel Pullao. Hon hade beställt en kulcha som inte fick sonriset var perfekt med dal. Kyckling Tikka Köttbullar med min favorit vitlök nan var mina val. Vi delade några av rätterna och njöt av köket. Efterrätten av Makhan Malai, Saffransmjölk och Rosenblad liknade ett fluff av luft. Liknar en sufflé, den här var både krämig, lätt och perfekt då vi båda kände oss ganska proppmätta. Servicen var diskret och professionell.

Denna exklusiva autentiska måltid var en sådan behandling för en före teater måltid. I priset fast lunch ingår två rätter och ett ackompanjemang. Det fanns många val per kurs och servern förklarade dem alla grundligt eftersom vi inte visste villkoren för de flesta av rätterna. Smakfullt och lagom stort till lunch. Platsen var tom på en lör lunch men det var så värt det!

Detta är en av 3 indiska accenter världen över; de andra är New Delhi och Mumbai, och det är tydligt varför de förtjänade Michelinstjärnor. Varmt hälsade av Ambrose när vi kom. Till huvudrätt hade vi Branzino, & ghee stekt lamm - min favorit. Till efterrätt delade vi upp [icke mejeri] kokos & jaggery kheer, banan cashew cheesecake, svart ris chikki. Spelar egentligen ingen roll vad du beställer - fråga bara din server om råd. Vi har aldrig haft en nedslående maträtt; inte heller har vännerna vi rekommenderade prova denna plats.

Vår lunch/brunch på Indian Accent var en höjdpunkt på en resa till New York nyligen. Det är en prix fixe-meny - du väljer antingen två rätter eller tre (den tredje rätten är dessert) plus ett ”kompanjemang”, och väljer mellan sex alternativ inom varje rätt. De flesta av menyalternativen ger en fusion och / eller kock - ified twist på indisk street food, och alla av dem är fantastiska! Vår grupp av fyra dined familj stil, så vi provade de flesta av objekten på menyn och delade mat. Det hela började med en liten kopp av den godaste pumpa- och kokossoppan, och blev bara bättre därifrån. Flera av de första rätterna är härliga variationer på den berömda gatusnackschaten, sugen på burrata eller annat - även om min favoriträtt först var pao bhaji med små jästbullar, som vår server beskrev som en slags indisk vegetarisk slarvig joe. Andra rätter är mer förrätt - gillar och lika läckra. Och desserterna är ett under. Min favorit ur smaksynpunkt är en treacle tårta med glass - som en extremt smakrik pekannötspaj. Men för presentation och helhetsupplevelse är det svårt att slå Makhan Malai, en gigantisk puff av saffranskräm som är som att äta ett moln. Du kommer inte att ångra att du unnar dig en måltid på Indian Accent. Servrarna är vänliga, hjälpsamma och kunniga, och maten är fantastisk!

Mycket njöt av gren på denna plats. Alla rätter vi beställde var välsmakande. Personalen förklarade i förväg vad vi kan förvänta oss eller hjälpte oss att göra ett val till vår smak. Jag älskar de flesta av indiska köket rätter, så detta var ett utmärkt tillfälle att njuta av några av dem i en modern form.

Utmärkt indisk mat lika bra som Delhi Restaurant. Pork Dumplings ett måste. Liksom potatissfärerna. Räkor mellanrätt fantastisk och personal och service utmärkt.

Vilken fantastisk måltid. Det fanns en fråga när vi först kom med vår bokning men vi var snabbt sittande. Servicen var spektakulär och atmosfären kändes sofistikerad men ändå rolig. 

Till att börja med beställde vi sötpotatis och kashmiri morels. Sötpotatisen var god men mättande, och min man var ett fan av kashmiri morels (även om jag tyckte att rätten var lite rik). Till vår mellankurs beställde vi aubergine och tofu. Båda var utmärkta, men jag rekommenderar starkt den kryddiga biten av auberginen. 

Till huvudrätt beställde vi kyckling och stekt lamm. Lammet var av denna värld bra. Kycklingen var också god men jag skulle beställa en modigare rätt nästa gång. Kulcha ackompanjemang var fantastisk, särskilt chana masala. 

Treacle tårta och cheesecake rätter var ett fantastiskt sätt att avsluta kvällen. Espresso martini var också utsökt. Det var en minnesvärd måltid vi inte kommer att glömma.

Elegant och bekväm. Mycket bra service och tillmötesgående personal. ked in utan reservationer på en fredag Kväll och satt i baren. Köket fungerar mycket bra, ingen lagg för olika rätter. Matkvaliteten är VG/Utmärkt - rätter och menyn var intressant och inspirerad. Jag kommer att gå igen.

Första gången där. Maten var utsökt. Sofistikerade och annorlunda rätter jämför andra indiska plats vi provade; även europeisk plats. Vi uppskattade det. Personalen var fantastisk, alla var milda och söta. Bra erfarenhet.

Sugen på lite smakrik kryddig indisk mat och detta var en besvikelse. Indisk mat jag visste handlar om smaker och detta handlade mer om plätering och var pretentiöst. Temperaturen, texturen och den övergripande gommen saknades. Detta var under förväntningarna.

En utsökt middag för två. Vi hade fläsk revben förrätt; havsabbor, lammribben och ärtor och potatiskofta som huvudrätter. Sidorätter var granatäpple och avokado raita och anka kulcha. Allt var utmärkt. Havsbassen förbereddes perfekt. Vår server kom med användbara förslag på vår begäran och servitören var uppmärksam och vänlig.

Vi valde Indian Accent för dess närhet till Carnegie Hall och pre-teatern-menyn. Jag förväntade mig inte att det skulle vara så bra.

Maten var spektakulär. Jag vet inte vilken som var min favorit (de var alla), och med tre av oss som beställde tre rätter vardera var det mycket att välja mellan. Lammkotletterna var en vision om hur lammkotletter skulle smaka. Lammribben på samma sätt. Assamiska dumplings för griskött, patar för nötkött, svart mejeridal. . . Definitivt inte din vanliga indiska meny.

Restaurangen är underbar, matpresentationen vacker.

Låt oss prata om service. Personalen tog hand om allt utan att vara påträngande. Varje maträtt förklarades, vinet i glaset erbjöds att smaka först, rockar togs utan skadekontroll och löstes in utan att behöva fråga.

Detta är den överlägset bästa indiska maten jag någonsin har ätit, och en av de bästa måltiderna av alla slag. Nästa resa till New York vet jag vad mitt första stopp kommer att bli.

Kocksmakningsmenyn som jag hade på Indian Accent var möjligen den finaste måltiden jag någonsin har haft, och nästan varenda av de ungefär dussin rätter var vansinnigt välgjord och läcker. My second time here and the food never disappoints! It has definitely become my fav restaurant in Söder.
I love the varieties here - both small (like tapas) and bigger dishes, and they are all very very flavorful.
Each dish is balanced so well with strong Spanish/Mediterranean influence and refreshing paring of ingredients, never a dull plate!
The quality of the food is top-notch.
The service is warm and professional, and yet maybe the most comfortable in the whole Stockholm - you can just tell they respect good food and understand what it is!
The environment is cozy and Bodagan serves as a perfect place to wine and dine with friends/family! ( they don’t have babychair but they have situated our table in a convenient corner for us who have strollers)
My fav are the red shrimps, calamari, carne cruda (best tartare I ever had ), sivri paprika, octopus, steak !  chicken hearts are quite good too but I guess it is not for everyone, but again, happy to see it on the menu because that is refreshing.
Will come back and try their grilled fish next time !

Cozy, authentic, and great value for money (within a higher price range for Stockholm, average of ~400sek per person excluding drinks).

Drink pairings were on a connoisseur level. Food was amazing. Olives tasted exactly like what you would get in Spain (delicious). Very friendly staff and exceptional service, very nice bathroom. Doesn't feel crowded, giving it a nice 'hidden gem' vibe. What more can one ask for?
