Great restaraunt that offers a fantastic journey of taste. Very interesting combinations of layered flavors with very potent and non-ordinary presentation makes this place a "must" if you the region.

An outstanding lunch.
Each course included a main ingredient, in my case veal sweetbreads and fish (maigre), that was cooked to perfection. The accompanying vegetables had an intensity of flavour that at times took me by surprise (beetroot and carrots in particular). And then there were the sauces and other additions: roasted nuts, trout roe, herbs, ... that added some contrasting flavours and textures that were fun (they made me smile).
Dessert was luscious: figs, vanilla cream, herb sponge, red fruits, ...
All the team got involved in making me welcome and service was friendly but left me to get on with enjoying my food.

p.s. I had a good view of the kitchen which was fascinating and informative - I will try to replicate the fish cooking technique.

The cuisine was an absolute masterpiece, showcasing the perfect blend of flavors and textures that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The chef's creativity was truly unparalleled, as each dish was a work of art that pushed the boundaries of culinary innovation. What truly set this restaurant apart was its unique menu, which featured a captivating fusion of local ingredients and global influences, creating an unforgettable gastronomic journey, with all ingredients locally sourced. Every bite was a revelation, and I can't wait to return and explore more of the chef's brilliant creations. We are living abroad and we will definitely go back as we ate in Michelin star restaurants, and they were not even close to this gem cuisine. A must-visit for any food enthusiast seeking an exceptional and memorable dining adventure.

My boyfriend and I each had the signature menu for lunch and the experience was  exceptional. Each dish was carefully crafted with attention to detail and amazing flavours. A great excursion out of Lyon for the day! We were grateful for the owner explaining the dishes and wines to us in English which further enhanced the experience. Would highly recommend.
