Nous avons très bien diné au 180°. Le service était impeccable, l’équipe souriante. La cuisine était au rendez-vous également, de bonne qualité même s’il nous a manqué une touche de saveurs dans l’entrée et le plat. Le dessert était excellent.

Cuisine résolument innovante, créative, surprenante, voir provocatrice. On aime ou on n'aime pas mais toujours est-il que cette cuisine ne laisse pas indifférent et c'est bien là la marque de fabrique du Chef. Une bonne occasion pour tester des associations peu communes, parfois dérourantes. Bref une table qui vous surprendra.

Le cadre du restaurant est exceptionnel, d’autant plus que nous avons eu l’opportunité de choisir notre table. Le personnel est aux petits soins, disponible, agréable, conciliant. La sommelière est efficace et connaît très bien ses produits, le vin était merveilleux. Nous avons été beaucoup moins emballé par les plats particulièrement la cuisson de l’ormeau et le dessert aux algues et sarrasin. Quant au fromage, mieux vaut peut être un plateau de fromages servis à table en fonction des goûts afin d’éviter le gâchis.

The setting of the restaurant is exceptional, especially since we had the opportunity to choose our table. The staff is attentive, available, pleasant, accommodating. The sommelier is efficient and knows her products very well, the wine was wonderful. We were much less impressed by the dishes, particularly the cooked abalone and the seaweed and buckwheat dessert. As for cheese, it may be better to have a cheese platter served at the table depending on taste to avoid waste.

Accueil avec sourire.
Beau restaurant et belle vaisselle.

Mais 66€ pour le menu IMPOSÉ du dîner est trop élevé ! Le dessert au chocolat quand on n’aime pas le chocolat est mal venu…

Les costumes des serveurs sont parfaits mais la tenue des serveuses est terriblement triste. Les pantalons sont mal coupés et gris, telle tristesse…

Et pour finir, les sièges sont tous déchirés.
L’ensemble est à revoir pour le prix…

The waiters' costumes are perfect but the waitresses' outfits are terribly sad. The pants are poorly cut and gray, such sadness...

And finally, the seats are all torn.
The whole thing needs to be reviewed for the price…
