A small restaurant with beautiful mixed from Normandie & Cataluña.
From the "amuse bouche" to the dessert everything was perfect. The wine was amazingly combined with the dishes.
The "amuse bouche" was succulent, followed by the main course, either meat or fish, which was tasty. Deliciously cooked with seasonal vegetables. AMAZING.
You will want to finish with the dessert which will knock you out and let you wonder why do you cook when you have this marvelous place in the world.

I stayed in La Haye for a week, and this restaurant has been my daily cup of joy at every dinner. The kitchen is incredible, with super fresh and very very tasty local products. The dishes are a joy for the palate and for the eyes. You can experience the talent and inventiveness of the chef not only in the main entrées and dishes on the menu (and in the desserts!!), but also by tasting the delicious small entrées that are offered every day with new ideas to explore. The food has captured me day by day: earthy, tasty, creative, there were really moments with explosions of tastes in my mouth and intriguing combinations. But the project is clearly a team work, and could not work as well as it does without the incredible service, food and wine recommendations, and friendly chats of Fanny. Thank you again, Théo and Fanny, for making me explore your creations and for making me feel at home in your beautiful restaurant, hope I can pass by and say hi soon!

What a fabulous little restaurant, blending influences from Normandy and Catalonia. Great front of house and a top chef. Highly recommended. This place gets better and better Théo is a fab chef and his partner Fanny lights up the establishment, if you are visiting the area its a must.

Extraordinary place!

Intimate (25 covers I think) restaurant with chalk-board menu of what they are offering each day. The food is fresh and magnificent. I had a pasta dish piled high with clams, mussels and octopus. There is also a suprise menu, which yesterday had swordfish as the main.

The two bright (and industrious!) young things who run Norcat make it relaxed, friendly, fun and memorable.

Have eaten here a number of times. It just gets better and better! The food, oh the food! It is very well prepared, delicious and beautifully cooked. You can taste the passion that goes into it and very imaginative combinations from Theo the chef. All topped with a delightful front of house service from Fanny. The whole experience is a delight!
