What an amazing and pleasant experience spent last night at Chai Nous Comme Chai Vous ! High premium quality foods and wines, new flavours and to make a long story short, such a perfect moment over the moon. Last but not least : a face to face meeting with the chief around an after dinner drink where he was able to tell us about his history and passion). Definitely I recommand but make sure to book long before enough (just 20 seats that also makes the place very cosy).

the Risotto was delicious, which accompanied the Lotte, which was probably a couple of seconds from being perfect.
the citrus fruit tarte was also very good, with a very thin and very short pastry,  not to sweet... perfect..

Surely the best value for money fine dining experience anywhere in my experience anyway. 3 courses at lunch is only 33 euros and this quality of food in London for example would cost I would say at least £100 a head. Just fantastic. I’m sure my uploaded picture doesn’t do the starter justice :-(

Had the pleasure of dinner here last week and it was absolutely fantastic.
A small intimate setting, with a handful of tables and attentive, helpful and friendly service.
The food was some of the best I have tasted. The value for this kind of food and wine is unbeatable.
Some really good surprises brought to the table and new experiences. The desert they chose for me was a knockout.
Will definitely return if back in La Flotte
