Try to call and book.  The food ingredients are prepared so nothing is left over.

Fish is prepared to perfection.

I would come again. This is a good place.
Not so if you need a lot of food, works too if you order more.

Then the wine served are decent as well.

Excellent food, friendly owners and staff in a great location. Very kindly wished our daughter happy birthday on her desert plate.

We went for dinner on a Thursday evening. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from the owner who was very attentive. The drinks were served quickly and the orange cognac cocktail was lovely. Unfortunately however, the food was not. Some of the food (asparagus) was burnt, overcooked (the beef Wellington) or had the feel that it had been left under a heat lamp/reheated. The flavour was also either too faint or over powering. It was a real shame as the staff could not have been nicer and the location was lovely. Maybe it was just an off night.

I had the formula,28€, lunch
The entree, mussels in curry sauce,  were tremendous.
I sat outside, in the shade of the trees, enjoying the view over the tree lined valley. My dog was welcome and everything was lovely.

We deliberately booked this restaurant as it was away from the city centre and we didn't want to dine in the city during the Remparts weekend.
Sadly La Cigogne was a major disappointment.  All six of us thought that the dishes lacked attention to detail and flavour.  Even the Amuse Bouche were left by most of us.  The foie gras was dry with poor quality bread and so it went on.  Maybe the chef was on holiday?
And it was relatively expensive too.
