I enjoyed my one night stay here. My train arrived late, but it was a quick 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room was very nice, I loved all the red. The service was friendly. I was able to leave my bags for a few hours, and on returning for them, I was able to sit in the bar and enjoy a free drink while waiting for my ride. Alexandre was particularly friendly, as was another person whose name I didn’t catch.

A charming hotel. Close to the train station, tram lines, and bus stops. Sparkling and normal water are available to guests, as well as coffee for no extra charge any time of day.

We had an issue early on in our seven night stay. A storm in the night caused the power to surge, and the lights in the room flashed on multiple times while we were trying to sleep (it was a rough night). I think it messed with the light switch, as the next night, the power to the room went completely out. So, around midnight, we packed our bags using flashlights, and we moved to another room. The night worker at the time was a bit intense during the ordeal, but he got us a room with power for the night and did all that he could to try to help. The management was understanding after the inconvenience and offered a discount to cover the night. It was appreciated.

During our stay, we grew rather fond of the staff here. Dragan was a pleasant person to talk to in the evenings, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Emma was a competent and kind individual. I appreciated all that she did for us in making sure we were accommodated during our stay. Alexandre was always pleasant with his greetings.

I would stay here again. I miss the staff and hotel already.

The room is always kept clean. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the train station so it’s pretty convenient if you plan on exploring other cities. The staff is very accommodating. Shout out to Alexandre, our receptionist. 10/10

Absolutely loved this hotel. Would come back again! Very clean. Easy to find. Staff were helpful. Lots of shops close by (within 1min walk to 15min). The train is 5min away. Perfect location. Only neg - I had confirmed the booking & they had cancelled my reservation. Not sure what happened. When I went to check in, I had to pay an extra $60 bc it was a “day of” reservation. Other than that, it was fabulous! Super affordable even with the extra charge I wasn’t expecting. 10/10

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good location near the railway station. The breakfast was excellent. For the money we paid for the night, we are more than satisfied. Сpecial thanks to our host Alexander, he was very accommodating.
