Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen! Das Essen wie auch das Ambiente war es wirklich Wert. Eine Mischung aus klassischer Küche und neu interpretierten Gerichten. Dazu eine tolle Weinauswahl. Lediglich hier hätte ich mir gewünscht etwas mehr über den Wein und Winzer zu erfahren, bzw bei nicht Schmecken eine Alternative angeboten zu bekommen.
Trotz dieses kleinen „Abzuges“ kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed the evening! The food and the ambience were really worth it. A mix of classic cuisine and newly interpreted dishes. Plus a great wine selection. Only here would I have wished to find out a little more about the wine and winemaker, or to be offered an alternative if I didn't like it.
Despite this small “deduction”, we are very happy to come back!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit wunderbaren Speisen und einem sehr zuvorkommenden Service. Das Menü mit korrespondierendem Wein war ausgezeichnet. Alle 5 Gänge waren gustatorisch großartig und von bester Qualität. Der begleitende Wein unterstützte die einzelnen Gerichte hervorragend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich zu uns. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht.

A very nice restaurant with wonderful food and very courteous service. The menu with corresponding wine was excellent. All 5 courses were great in terms of taste and of the best quality. The accompanying wine supported the individual dishes excellently. All the employees were very friendly to us. We spent a very nice evening.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Cheval Blanc bei Christian Fleischmann und sind schon wieder sehr angetan.

Das Menü ist spannend und vielseitig - tatsächlich umfasst jeder Gang mehrere Variationen des Themas auf mehreren kleinen Tellern - so begibt man sich wirklich auf eine 3-stündige kulinarische Reise, auf die man durch eine Reihe von Grüßen aus der Küche sehr charmant eingestimmt wird.

Der Service war wirklich nett, menschlich und professionell ohne aufgesetztes Gehabe, perfekt für einen entspannten Abend.

Ein  Michelin Stern ist das Mindeste was dieses Lokal verdient hat, wir wünschen auf jeden Fall weiterhin viel Erfolg.

This is the second time we have been to Christian Fleischmann's Cheval Blanc and we are very impressed again.

The menu is exciting and varied - in fact, each course includes several variations on the theme on several small plates - so you really embark on a 3-hour culinary journey, which you are warmly introduced to by a series of greetings from the kitchen.

The service was really nice, humane and professional without any pretense, perfect for a relaxed evening.

A Michelin star is the least this restaurant deserves, we definitely wish you continued success.

Abwechslungsreiche und leckere Küche. Service war sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn uns anfangs nicht erklärt wurde, daß es einen zusätzlichen Gang zur Auswahl gab. Wurden wir erst darauf aufmerksam, als es am Nachbartisch mitgeteilt wurde und wir nach dem ersten Gang, diesen zusätzlichen Gang nachbestellt haben. Ansonsten gab es nichts zum aussetzen. Ambiente sowie Aufmachung des Essens sind hervorragend. Da steckt wirklich viel detailverliebtheit dahinter.

Varied and delicious cuisine. Service was very courteous, even if it wasn't initially explained to us that there was an additional course to choose from. We only became aware of this when it was announced at the next table and we ordered this additional course after the first course. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. The ambience and presentation of the food are excellent. There's really a lot of attention to detail behind it.
