One of my absolute favourite places. Best food, perfect winelist of the regional wines.
Perfect service but not overdone. The prices are not low but matches the quality absolutely.
If you want quality it’s never for nothing.
We tried the recommendation of the day. A 5 course Menue accompanied by different Lokal  wines. Just great.
We definitely will come back.
Not to forget the nice location on the hill with marvellous view over The Valley

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung in Ihrem Restaurant teilen und dabei mit den positiven Aspekten beginnen:

Das Essen ist absolut fantastisch. Die Speisefolge im Menü ist wunderbar, mit überraschenden Geschmackskompositionen und einer großzügigen Portionsgröße, die jeden Gourmet überzeugt. Die Köchin/Eigentümerin leistet hervorragende Arbeit und zeigt eine Liebe zum Detail in Bezug auf den Geschmack. Der einzige mögliche Kritikpunkt könnte sein, dass an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein Hauch zu viel Salz verwendet wurde. Dies war keineswegs störend, aber dennoch auffällig.

Leider fehlt es an einer liebevollen Weinberatung oder einem echten Sommelier, eine Weinbegleitung wird nicht angeboten. Es gibt nur sehr wenige offene Weine, zum Beispiel nur zwei Rotweine. In einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich hier einfach mehr. In Bezug auf den Wein fühlt man sich an dieser Stelle einfach nicht richtig betreut, was schade ist und nicht dem Preis des Menüs angemessen erscheint.

Beim Besuch des Restaurants hatte ich das Gefühl, dass Sie auf hohem Niveau kochen möchten, was auch der Fall ist. Allerdings scheinen die Personalressourcen nicht denen eines Gourmet-Restaurants zu entsprechen, obwohl die Preisgestaltung dies suggeriert. Aus diesem Grund kann ich leider nur drei Sterne für den Gesamteindruck vergeben, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I would like to share my experience in your restaurant, starting with the positive aspects:

The food is absolutely fantastic. The menu sequence is wonderful, with surprising flavor combinations and a generous portion size that will impress any gourmet. The chef/owner does an excellent job and shows an attention to detail in terms of taste. The only possible criticism could be that a touch too much salt was used in one place or another. This was by no means disturbing, but still noticeable.

Unfortunately, there is a lack of caring wine advice or a real sommelier, and wine accompaniment is not offered. There are very few open wines, for example only two red wines. I simply expect more from a restaurant in this price range. When it comes to the wine, you just don't feel properly looked after at this point, which is a shame and doesn't seem appropriate to the price of the menu.

When visiting the restaurant I had the feeling that they want to cook at a high level, which is the case. However, the staffing resources do not appear to be those of a gourmet restaurant, even though the pricing suggests so. For this reason, I can unfortunately only give three stars for the overall impression, especially in view of the price-performance ratio.
