We booked this property through Booking.com, expecting a relaxing, allergy-free environment. Instead, we were greeted by a strong pet smell in the bedroom, despite the host’s claim of a strict no-pet policy. My wife, who has pet allergies, started experiencing symptoms almost immediately. We tried airing out the room for 30 minutes, but the odor lingered, forcing us to leave.

When we reached out for help, both the host and Booking.com offered no meaningful support. The host only suggested moving us to another unit, but given their apparent disregard for the no-pet policy, we didn’t feel comfortable staying with them. Booking.com didn’t assist with a refund, despite the clear health impact on my wife. What was supposed to be an enjoyable trip turned into a stressful scramble for last-minute accommodations.

If you’re looking for a hassle-free, supportive booking experience, avoid White Pearl Villas and Booking.com. They fail to enforce their policies and won’t do right by their customers when issues arise. We’ll be booking with a different company in the future.

The room was beautiful, the service was good. Lots of surface areas in the room to use as well.

The semi-private jacuzzi pool is on a stairway where pedestrians will walk by as they walk down to their accommodations. So take the semi-private definition as you will.

It was still however enjoyable and beautiful for photos.

I’ve seen reviews for how the night view and sunset view is beautiful. For sunset, maybe it depends on time of the year we did not find a night or sunset view. The view was nice though, pictures attached.

She coordinated everything, including our transfer from the port, adjusting arrangements when our ferry was delayed to ensure a smooth arrival.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality. The villa itself was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the caldera. Anna, one of the team members, took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. She was attentive to every detail, ensuring that our experience was not just comfortable but luxurious. Her dedication to making our stay special was evident from the moment we arrived.

Phenomenal experience! Santorini was the next to last stop in our European travels, but hands down the most beautiful! From the time I accidentally booked the incorrect room in Expedia and reached out to White Pearl Villas to correct my mistake, to the thorough communication leading up to our arrival, I knew we were in good hands. The room was beautiful, the view was magical, and the service provided by staff was stellar. Anna, Maria, Ali, and the tall gentleman (apologies - I can’t remember his name as I only briefly met him), answered every single question. If we needed anything, it was in our door within minutes. Book the Pure Bliss Villa, it’s the best view! If we’re ever in Santorini, we are staying at White Pearl Villas!
