Una fantastica esperienza con un percorso degustazione che inizia già con la vista dei piatti, ben presentati e con una propria identità, ricchi di profumi e colori; si passa poi a scoprire i sapori eccezionali, con ingredienti ben studiati e di ottima qualità e abbinamenti fantastici. Offrono un menù intrigante con scelte sia per piatti singoli che per menù degustazioni. L'esperienza è accompagnata da un servizio cortese e molto attento dove ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accompagnati in ogni portata, fino al dolce ("la panna cotta come una volta"). Assolutamente esperienza da provare in una location molto affascinante e accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile e dotata di un bellissimo spazio/giardino esterno e comodo parcheggio. Consigliatissimo, tornerò presto!

A fantastic experience with a tasting journey that begins with the sight of the dishes, well presented and with their own identity, rich in aromas and colours; we then move on to discover the exceptional flavours, with well-studied, excellent quality ingredients and fantastic combinations. They offer an intriguing menu with choices for both individual dishes and tasting menus. The experience is accompanied by a courteous and very attentive service where we felt pampered and accompanied in every course, up to the dessert ("panna cotta like it used to be"). Absolutely an experience to try in a very charming and welcoming location, easily accessible and equipped with a beautiful outdoor space/garden and convenient parking. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon!

La nuova gestione della locanda è affidata alle mani sapienti di chef Gianluca Ricci e del suo staff. Avevo già avuto modo di incontrare la sua cucina alla Giudecca a Venezia ed I Portici di Bologna.
Qui lo chef si mette in proprio e si supera con il suo miglior repertorio modificando totalmente l'offerta della precedente gestione. I piatti che si sono susseguiti nella degustazione si facevano mangiare prima con la vista e poi con il palato, esplosioni di sapore (nel vero senso della parola) con i "fagottelli", una vera prelibatezza fino a concludersi nel dessert studiato ad arte con i prodotti di stagione. Materie prime ricercate e piatti strutturati. Una esperienza multisensoriale che consiglio vivamente.

The new management of the inn is entrusted to the expert hands of chef Gianluca Ricci and his staff. I had already had the opportunity to encounter his cuisine at Giudecca in Venice and I Portici in Bologna.
Here the chef sets out on his own and surpasses himself with his best repertoire, completely modifying the offer of the previous management. The dishes that followed one another in the tasting were eaten first with the sight and then with the palate, explosions of flavor (in the true sense of the word) with the "fagottelli", a true delicacy ending in the artfully designed dessert with the seasonal products. Refined raw materials and structured dishes. A multisensory experience that I highly recommend.

Location elegante,dove il Gran Sasso padroneggia e protegge il territorio.
Serata piacevole,un viaggio gastronomico,con ottimi piatti e bella presentazione,senza mai tralasciare la tradizione.
Consiglio i menù degustazione.Una percezione polisensoriale complessa, difficile da descrivere.Perché le parole rimpiccioliscono emozioni che finché erano nella mia testa sembravano sconfinate!
