Quaint little restaurant down a small alley off the main street leading to the Cathedral. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the food was amazing! The lasagna was made to order and delicious! The deer stew with polenta was my favorite meal.

From an American tourist perspective this place is phenomenal!  You get traditional Fruili food here.  Service is great and the food is outstanding!  The vibe is so rustic and awesome. Everytime I visit here I MUST come here at least once.

Staff was very kind and very helpful with quick service

The gnocchi well-made tender but not overly mushy and the ragù was well made with a consistent taste and texture.
The prosciutto San Daniele was as it should be  flawless it was sliced perfectly.

Along with the small basket of bread drizzled with olive oil it was a very well done meal.

Nice place for a great local dinner. Polenta with pitina is a great starter. The steak and the codfish was really delicious. The only negative part was the bread, may they noticed we are foreigners and didn't bring a fresh bread but is ok.
