One of the best restaurants we've ever been to. Tucked away in a village in Carnia, the picturesque location makes this place even more special.

The combination of good quality, local  ingredients and innovative flavour profiles make dining at Indinò a unique experience.

Service, similar to the food, is exceptional and the chef personally came out to greet us.

Would highly recommend - this place is a real gem.

Locale stupendo incastonato in un bellissimo paesino carnico. Noi abbiamo
optato per il menù degustazione con l'aggiunta dei vini abbinati . Piatti esteticamente perfetti e bellissimi da vedere. Abbinamento dei sapori che, in alcuni piatti ho trovato eccezionale,sia per l'abbinamento dei sapori che per l'originalità , mentre altri li ho trovati banali... ma chiaramente è' una mia personale valutazione e dipende come sempre dai singoli gusti. Così come
l'abbinamento dei vini; a noi han proposto una selezione di vini bianchi di qualche anno , che non mi ha particolarmente esaltato. Consiglio di vedere magari la carta vini e sceglierli in base al proprio gusto personale.
Ps:Per i maschietti, trucchetto del pane e burro ( comunque di ottima fattura )fatto in casa, per riempire eventuali spazi rimasti nello stomaco 😉

Stunning place set in a beautiful Carnic village. We have
opted for the tasting menu with the addition of matching wines. Aesthetically perfect and beautiful dishes to look at. Pairing of flavors which, in some dishes I found exceptional, both for the combination of flavors and for the originality, while others I found banal... but clearly it is my personal evaluation and as always depends on individual tastes. Just like
wine pairing; They offered us a selection of white wines from a few years old, which didn't particularly excite me. I recommend perhaps looking at the wine list and choosing them based on your personal taste.
Ps: For boys, homemade bread and butter trick (still excellent) to fill any spaces left in the stomach 😉
