Metto 5 stelle alla Locanda di Fabio e Vale, una cosa che faccio di rado poiché credo che la perfezione non esista e ci sia sempre margine di miglioramento, ma Fabio le merita tutte.
È stata una vera sorpresa, capace di suscitare emozioni uniche ad ogni portata. Il locale è elegante ma minimal, un connubio perfetto che crea un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata.

Il titolare, davvero disponibile, si distingue per la sua passione e competenza, sempre pronto a spiegare ogni piatto con dettagli che arricchiscono l'esperienza culinaria. Ogni portata è un vero viaggio per le papille gustative: è la prima volta che in un ristorante non trovo difetti in nessun piatto e che ogni boccone mi regala sensazioni positive.

I prezzi sono adeguati e permettono di tornare spesso, un grande vantaggio rispetto ad altri locali di pari qualità. La presentazione dei piatti e la tecnica culinaria sono decisamente superiori a molti ristoranti più blasonati della zona.

Tra le specialità, la trota di Melburne e i plin sono spettacolari, ma anche il polpo merita una menzione speciale. La cura nella preparazione e l'uso di materie prime di altissima qualità fanno davvero la differenza.

In conclusione, la Locanda di Fabio e Vale è un luogo che consiglio vivamente per chi cerca un'esperienza gastronomica di elevata esperienza gustando piatti ricercati sia nelle materie prima sia nella tecnica.

I give 5 stars to Locanda di Fabio and Vale, something I rarely do because I believe that perfection does not exist and there is always room for improvement, but Fabio deserves them all.
It was a real surprise, capable of arousing unique emotions at every course. The venue is elegant but minimal, a perfect combination that creates a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

The owner, truly helpful, stands out for his passion and competence, always ready to explain each dish with details that enrich the culinary experience. Each course is a real journey for the taste buds: it is the first time that in a restaurant I have not found any defects in any dish and that every bite gives me positive sensations.

The prices are adequate and allow you to return often, a great advantage compared to other places of equal quality. The presentation of the dishes and the culinary technique are decidedly superior to many more renowned restaurants in the area.

Among the specialties, the Melburne trout and plin are spectacular, but the octopus also deserves a special mention. The care in preparation and the use of the highest quality raw materials really make the difference.

In conclusion, the Locanda di Fabio e Vale is a place that I highly recommend for those looking for a highly experienced gastronomic experience enjoying refined dishes both in terms of raw materials and technique.

É un luogo perfetto se volete provare piatti della tradizione rivisitati in modo innovativo, assaporando in un mondo di sapori unici.
Un ristorante nato poco prima del lockdown nel 2020, che grazie alla tenacia e bravura della coppia sta riuscendo a emergere sempre di più.
Fabio ti accoglierà in maniera ottimale e ti accompagnerà durante tutto il percorso culinario. É un ottimo padrone di casa, ti coinvolge nelle spiegazioni delle sue creazioni e riesce a trasmetterti la sua passione. L'ambiente é elegante e l'atmosfera che si crea grazie al servizio, ti farà passare dei momenti piacevoli e spensierati.
I piatti sono davvero straordinari, realizzati con ingredienti accuratamente selezionati.
Uno dei miei piatti preferiti in assoluto é la tartare di gambero rosso di Mazara del Vallo, delicata e fresca, che ti farà sognare.
Un insolito e ottimo accostamento é la carbonara di tonno, che ti fará venir voglia di replicarlo a casa, ma siccome non verrà mai uguale, sarai costretto a ritornare da loro.
Inoltre, non troverete i soliti dolci, ma dei capolavori come the midnight breakfast, un esplosione di sapori!
Consiglio vivamente di andare alla locanda per lasciarti viziare, coccolare e per provare sensazioni indescrivibili!

A restaurant born shortly before the lockdown in 2020, which thanks to the tenacity and skill of the couple is managing to emerge more and more.
Fabio will welcome you in an optimal way and will accompany you throughout the culinary journey. He is an excellent host, he involves you in explaining his creations and manages to convey his passion to you. The environment is elegant and the atmosphere created thanks to the service will make you have pleasant and carefree moments.
The dishes are truly extraordinary, made with carefully selected ingredients.
One of my absolute favorite dishes is the red prawn tartare from Mazara del Vallo, delicate and fresh, which will make you dream.
An unusual and excellent combination is the tuna carbonara, which will make you want to replicate it at home, but since it will never be the same, you will be forced to return to them.
Furthermore, you will not find the usual desserts, but masterpieces such as the midnight breakfast, an explosion of flavours!
I highly recommend going to the inn to let yourself be spoiled, pampered and to experience indescribable sensations!

Apprezzo sempre molto dei ragazzi cosi volenterosi! Sicuramente materie prime ricercate tra l’eccellenza, mi spiace per la “Milf” (Fabio capirà la portata cui mi riferisco). Un locale dove si può fare il percorso degustazione un paio di volte l’anno! Se devo fare due appunti, aggiungerei un paio di Prosecchi di pregio alla carta dei vini, e aggiungerei uno split per scendere di qualche grado in sala, putroppo il clima di luglio non aiuta.
Ultima cosa, un paio di scelte nei dolci per chi è intollerante al lattosio, basterebbe una crostata fatta con materiale senza lattosio. Sicuramente ci torneremo!!!! Bravi!!

I always really appreciate such willing guys! Certainly raw materials sought among the excellence, I'm sorry about the "Milf" (Fabio will understand the scope I'm referring to). A place where you can go on a tasting journey a couple of times a year! If I have to make two notes, I would add a couple of fine Proseccos to the wine list, and I would add a split to go down a few degrees in the room, unfortunately the July climate doesn't help.
Last thing, a couple of choices in desserts for those who are lactose intolerant, a tart made with lactose-free material would be enough. We will definitely be back!!!! Well done!!
