First impression is surprised by the professional sommelier! I had a glass masala white wine from Sicily pair with my seafood! Very satisfied.  Second, the service is as good as a Michelin restaurant.  Third, food taste delicate and delicious, we feel like immerse in the joyful food melody! Thank you offering such great cuisine and service to us.  😊

Biggest regret was not partaking in the tasting. This was one of our favorite meals we had in Italy and cannot wait to go back. Everything was creative and full of flavor. The Japanese influence really made every dish unique and special while not sacrificing Italian tradition. Petit fours- clever and imaginative, shrimp tartare tasted like botan ebi was used, pasta dishes were full of balance and flavor. A++

Very fine dining!  Chose the four-course tasting menu with wine pairing.  All courses were beautifully-presented, well-explained by our servers, and exquisitely-flavoured.  Really enjoyed the selected wines too, all from small wineries.

I would have preferred one of the courses to have been meat (and to have tried a red wine), but no complaints.

The portion sizes were surprisingly generous for a tasting menu and the quality was excellent.  Although relatively expensive, this was a very memorable experience and worth  every penny!

Excellent food and service. The scallop appetizer was amazing as was the rabbit filled ravioli. Also enjoyed the small tastes that were sent as compliments from the chef. Highly recommend.

I am overwhelmed: I have been traveling to Italy for 30 years. This meal is in the top 3 ever. In addition to the fine Italian cuisine, there is a very minimal, small Asian touch that makes it particularly delicious. The prices are really insanely fair. I rarely write reviews, but this restaurant deserves it. The service was also top-notch. Really great!
