Great service but it seems I was misled by the website as to the lunch menu. Oh well, our Caesar and Nicoise salads were well-executed, and the staff were very pleasant

The staff was fantastic and attentive and the wine was excellent. The aubergine parmigiana, truffle pasta and desserts were phenomenal. The main dishes however were very disappointing, lacked flavour and had bad texture, especially the steak and the fish. Overall an overpriced meal with some highlights and lowlights.

Il ristorante stile moderno ambiente elegante e soft all' interno della Spa, arredato di buon gusto con bella vetrata che si affaccia sul panorama ( lo vedo poco indicato per famiglie con bambini). La cucina ripropone piatti tradizionali ma rivisitati e ben presentati senza eccedere in troppi fronzoli, le porzioni non sono da "vecchia trattoria" ma neanche scarse..direi giuste. I prezzi chiaramente più alti della media di un buon 30% ma la qualità e la differenza nelle preparazioni è evidente quindi ritengo che il prezzo sia giustificato. Abbiamo cenato con il menù fisso di 4 portate a scelta bevande escluse e alla fine eravamo sazi e appagati. perché tutto è stato molto buono, se proprio devo fare un appunto direi che tutti i piatti erano un attimo troppo sapidi...ma sempre buoni.. ( è anche vero che riproponendo la cucina  umbra rispecchia quella tradizionale effettivamente sempre molto saporita). Il personale di sala competente e cortese, anche i più giovani, molto attenti ma non in modo opprimente... meritano un grazie e i miei complimenti per la professionalità.

The modern style restaurant, elegant and soft environment inside the Spa, tastefully furnished with a beautiful window overlooking the panorama (I don't see it as suitable for families with children). The cuisine offers traditional dishes but revisited and well presented without excessive frills, the portions are not like an "old trattoria" but not small either... I would say fair. The prices are clearly higher than average by a good 30% but the quality and difference in the preparations is evident so I think the price is justified. We had dinner with the fixed 4-course menu with a choice of drinks excluding drinks and at the end we were full and satisfied. because everything was very good, if I really have to make a note I would say that all the dishes were a little too savory... but always good... (it is also true that by re-proposing Umbrian cuisine it reflects the traditional one which is actually always very tasty). The competent and courteous dining room staff, even the younger ones, are very attentive but not in an oppressive way... they deserve thanks and my compliments for their professionalism.
