Amazing restaurant, excellent chef. Thank you for the wonderful gastronomic experience. We had dinner at the restaurant three times. Every time we had the highest culinary experience, attentive service, friendly atmosphere. Lobster with truffle sauce is unforgettable!! The grilled foie gras and the beef tongue is indescribably delicious. Congratulations to the whole team, and thank you for the unforgettable culinary experience.

Now... the food is excellent,  but service was atrocious.  We ordered 5 courses and that took 5 hours.  5 hours is just too long and subpar for a quality restaurant.
No excuse is good enough for the complete lack of communication.  Not one of the staff said anything about delays... and to make it worse, every table had to sit and wait on average 1 hour per course.

I was being served a wine arrangement. This meant a different wine for each course.  This would normally  be served at the beginning of every course.  However, this night was a complete shambles.  The service was so narcoleptic that the next wine was being served too quickly. Waiting an hour with a wine in the glass is ridiculous to expect  of customers and is certainly an indication of bad service.

Combine this with the complete lack of communication... It's just not fine dining.

Another point of irritation is that I had mistakingly used a fork for a risotto (a spoon had been provided).. this would cause no trouble in a normal restaurant. However, here they expected me to eat the next course with the same, now dirty fork. The waitress said it is how things are done here... nothing was said about a clean fork... I felt like I had to live with it... the only problem is, is that I choose not to live with this type of arrogant service. It is bad service and bad manners to expect me to accept rules that have not been explained at the beginning of the evening (many hours ago). Another deafening lack of communication. I instead asked another waitress for a clean fork.

If things go wrong in the kitchen, tell the customer's, they will understand.

A couple of tips.
1 - Don't serve subpar desserts. I could have made the one served here in 20 minutes, including prep.
2 - If the wine is being served at a rate that is not consistent with the food, offer the customer's extra, and I mean extra, not just a quick shot because my glass is empty. Be generous.
3 - Communicate.

We had a fabulous dinner here. The food and service are absolutely top notch. Be sure to book as its hard to get a table. Very sophisticated and refined. You wouldn't find better in a big city.

Went here to celebrate an anniversary. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come here again and I can recommend others to come here when they are looking for a fancier place to eat than your everyday restaurants.
