Restaurant de Watermolen is a fine dining restaurant. Its soft ambiance and artful lighting create a perfect setting for a wonderful evening out.

The menu features a variety of exquisite dishes. I had the caviar (a must try) and the salmon-prawn as a shared starter - both exceptional!!!

For my main, I had the fish of the day, a testament to the kitchen's commitment to freshness and expertise. The chef's talent shines in every dish. My friend had the tournedos, and was just as delighted as I was!

The service is beyond reproach. The staff are incredibly attentive and fulfill every request with genuine kindness. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also superb.

Thanks to the amazing staff but mostly to the chef who gave us pure joy with every bite.

As to the bill, it was very reasonable. Quality is outstanding!

Shared a great dinner with my wife on a Monday night! Service and value for money  was spot on! Recommend this classic restaurant to anyone. It never disappoints. Raymond and his staff are great hosts.
