Absolutely amazing dinner!
The food is incredible, and the wine pairing was perfect.
The staff were very nicest and most welcoming.
My advice will be to not look at the menu at all and just be surprised by the dishes that are served.
Be prepared for a 5 hours experience that we will remember for a long long time

Great place with focus on local ingredients! Friendly staff and excellent service/wine pairing. Only downside is that they don't seem to have a seperate well thought out veg menu. Instead they substituted the meats of the regular menu with other things. E.g. the lamb substitute wasn't that good...this is odd given their focus on good local veg.

If jou don 't want to sell coffee or a drink to two tourists on a bike, who tell you already for hours are on their way, because you are a dinning restaurant, than you still have to learn a lot about hospitality
