Vår upplevelse av den här restaurangen sen de bytte ägare har tyvärr varit allt annat än bra.

För några veckor sedan beställde vi via deras hemsida och betalade med swish, efter 20 min ringer dom upp och sa att dom inte hade öppnat ännu dom testade bara hemsidan. Fair enough, pengarna kom tillbaka dagen efter men like drygt då det var dagen innan löning och vi knappt hade råd att beställa någon annanstans.

Idag gav vi dom ett nytt försök då dom hade ett erbjudande om 3 pizzor till priset av 2 vilket ju var perfekt då vi var 3 stycken vilket kompenserade lite för det hutlösa priset av 15:- för lite färsk vitlök, den tredje skulle man skriva in meddelandet när man la beställningen. Beställningen skulle ta en halvtimme men efter en timme hade vi inte hört något ifrån dom så jag ringde upp.

Han frågade vad jag hade beställt och han verkade lite förvånad när jag nämnde den tredje pizzan men han sa att dom redan var på väg.

25 minuter senare kommer dom och har bara med sig 2 av pizzorna och ursäktade sig med att det var förra ägaren som hade det erbjudandet. Det hade ju verkligen varit bra att höra antingen direkt när jag la beställningen ELLER när jag ringde upp, speciellt när vi väntar så länge.

Pizzorna vi faktiskt fick var kalla, torra, för små och saknade flera av dom ingredienserna som skulle vara på. Den färska vitlöken var inte heller färsk utan kom uppenbarligen från en tub med vitlöksgegga.

Det blir inga fler beställningar härifrån.

Unfortunately, our experience of this restaurant since they changed owners has been anything but good.

A few weeks ago we ordered via their website and paid with swish, after 20 minutes they called and said they hadn't opened yet, they were just testing the website. Fair enough, the money came back the next day but just as much as it was the day before salary and we could hardly afford to order elsewhere.

Today we gave them another try as they had an offer of 3 pizzas for the price of 2, which was perfect as there were 3 of us, which compensated a little for the outrageous price of SEK 15 for some fresh garlic, the third one had to be entered message when placing the order. The order was supposed to take half an hour but after an hour we hadn't heard anything from them so I called up.

He asked what I had ordered and he seemed a little surprised when I mentioned the third pizza but he said they were already on their way.

25 minutes later they come with only 2 of the pizzas and excused themselves that it was the previous owner who had that offer. It would have been really good to hear either directly when I placed the order OR when I called, especially when we are waiting so long.

The pizzas we actually received were cold, dry, too small and missing several of the ingredients that were supposed to be on them. The fresh garlic was also not fresh but obviously came from a tube of garlic cloves.

There will be no more orders from here.
