Nice facilities. Very nice and friendly young lady in the reception. The other staff rude. The guy in the bar showing his superiority lady at the breakfast very rude. She even started shouting on us when we asked where are our eggs. A guy with delivery car run on us on back drive and after being unsuccessful he purposely blocked our way. The service quality and the customer care were terrible. They made an impression that they don’t like people and don’t like their jobs.

Wow, right on the river. Fantastic location. Provided a transportation pass with the room. Spent my birthday there. What a memorable stay. The staff was great. So much help with local information. I will not forget this trip, ever.

Had a beautiful experience. The room is quite big.  I haven’t mentioned them it was my birthday during the stay but still they had given me a small present. The staff were treating us very respectfully. They had even arranged a car to drop us to the Celerina station.

I will start by saying I have not stayed here. I was very excited to. However, their ridiculous policy as executed via Expedia has brought me here. I booked a "Reserve now, pay at hotel" reservation. I’ve done this no less than 100 times at other hotels. Expedia said I would be charged $0 then pay at hotel. Now to be transparent I did not read the fine print. But I have booked hundreds of hotels on Expedia this way and never faced such an issue. Immediately after booking my $0 to hold – pay at hotel reservation, my card was charged $1355. I went to Expedia within 2 minutes. They said to contact hotel. I contacted hotel, they were extremely cold and stated since it was through Expedia they could not and furthermore would not do anything to help. I pointed out that the money went to them and not Expedia. The weirdly cold woman on the other end robotically told me there was nothing she could do. I booked two rooms for almost 1 year away. I’m not even certain of the travel dates. I explained and hotel said "nothing we can do". I then contacted Expedia again who pointed out some very, very fine print about it being nonrefundable. I noted again that is clearly says $0 deposit on the booking, but they took $1355. I'd also like to note the difference between a non refundable rate and a refundable rate is about $40 a night apparently. I'd be more than happy to pay that difference. Amex will try and fight as the reservation is 1 year away and I called within 5 minutes of the charge. Expedia has reached out extensively, and they are frustrated as well with the rigidity of this facility.

I own and operate a hospitality business. I travel extensively. I’ve never encountered such horrid customer service. So, while the hotel may be lovely, their service is not at all customer forward. Perhaps helping a future customer with kindness and flexibility when clearly and error has been made is a more American hotel concept? If they truly don’t think they can release and rebook these rooms over a whole year, then their hotel must not be very much in demand. I planned to stay there for our leg in St Moritz, but we are not certain of the travel dates. I am traveling with 5 people. I’m undergoing surgery soon that may change the dates of travel. They would have had my money and my great rating if they made any attempt to help in this silly situation.

I will happily take down my low rating (I know how much the lowering of an average can affect a business) if they agree to refund me , change this to a refundable booking by increasing the stay rate, or at the very least provide the flexibility to move the date as needed.  I understand that this may not be entirely the hotel’s fault, but they are the ones who collected my money and therefore responsible for returning it. Exceptions should and can always be made. Human kindness and flexibility in dealing with a situation should always be first. Rigid adherence to made up rules is without heart and humanity.

It seems I will be forced to stay at this hotel even after all this or lose $1355 on a booking that was misleading. I can only imagine the type of people who own this hotel and what sort of treatment we will receive upon arrival. I am truly uncomfortable with it now. I hope to be proven wrong, but I think perhaps I am dealing with cold humans.

Nice hotel in a nice setting! Good garage with an EV charger. Rooms are nice and big enough. The bathroom is a little dated. The dinner was a nice experience, it really shows that the restaurant is an important part of their business and it’s worth it! Breakfast was nice particularly for the a la carte selection of warm dishes. Great coffee machine at the buffet with superb milk froth. I would choose it again! Friendly staff
