We had an expensive booking for this weekend, we tried to cancel more than 48h in advance because my partner has got severely sick. We asked them to change the booking for another weekend so they maintain their earnings. They said no. We tried through booking and the hotel also said no. So we can only either lose 600chf or spend the weekend there being in a bad sick condition.
Thank you for your understanding and flexible policies, will definitely not recommend you

The room were spacious and cleaned at our arrival. The cleaning was almost inexistent during our stay. The beds are really uncomfortable. The staff for breakfast was really nice however, the man at the reception on my departure was really rude and seemed annoyed by me asking me about the parking payment. He definitely made me regret staying at this hotel.

Spacious room with great staff. The walk to ski lifts are a distance away.. 10 mins walk. But there are morning transfers to the ski areas. They do have ski stores near ski areas so you don have to walk back in ski shoes. But is a small town…😃

This place is amazing. We stayed at popcorn hotel and it was so horrible with cigarette smoke that we had to switch hotels. Europa was so kind and adaptive. They let us check in at 1 pm, the hotel is smoke free and clean, and the rooms are pretty modern and very clean. I was worried about the outdated bathrooms but they are charming for a Swiss village and clean. The views are great and the spa is clean and relaxing.
