I've eaten here before several times. All have been very good.

Tonight was the first time we stayed overnight,  and went for dinner, and it was the worst food I've had in years.

To begin with they sent me the wrong dish,  and then the dish they sent eventually was awful.

It was meant to be Sole Meuniere, the fish wasn't Sole,  and they cut it in half. I am a fish merchant, so I know my fish very well.

Such a shame, as this was our anniversary,  and it has been ruined by such a shambolic and poor meal.

Very disappointing lunch for my wife’s birthday. Low bookings meant we were offered a seat in the bar. Staff were friendly and coped well with our toddler, but the food left a lot to be desired. Local charcuterie looked suspiciously like a supermarket multipack; the burger had a nice flavour but was dry and overpriced; and the bouillabaisse had little fish, no seafood and was mainly potato - it was missing an item and had an unpleasant taste. They did remove the cost of the soup, but I can’t recommend visiting as no dish met expectations especially at the price.

Liked the restaurant. Had the set Sunday lunch which was plentiful. The first course was good the roast artichoke had a nice crunch to the skin, but the main course of roast beef was sprinkle with too much salt and the gravy had definitely  too salty. The desert was okay and the service was polite and friendly.

Wow this is the first time me and my husband has ever been to whatley manor we went with our daughter and son in law for sunday roast and i have to say it was a very good roast. Paul was the one who looked after us and his customer service is outstanding. He is a credit to whatley manor . We will definitely be coming back again . Totally recommend the place and food.

Overrated and overpriced. Food was okay, nothing special. Starters were really small. Coffee, priced at £4.5 - haven’t seen that at best coffee shops in London, was not great and gave me a heartburn. No ambiance.
