Superb...beautiful food, lovely atmosphere and service.  Rooms immaculate and very thoughtful in the small details .. can't recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.. a real treat tucked away in a quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay. Our compliments to the whole experience .

Just fabulous! The tasting menu was superb, with each course perfectly flavoured and balanced, and leading onto the next. Each dish introduced and served by Kevin. Jacki is so welcoming that you feel like a special guest. They certainly merit their Michelin Star.
(We did not stay as we have family nearby.)

Eating and staying at the Neptune is one of our most precious treats. Jacki and Kevin are excellent hosts. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned and well equipped; with quality teas and coffees plus wonderful home made biscuits. The evening meal is created exactly as you'd expect of a Michelin star restaurant: each course is designed to make the ingredients sing to their best. You'll often be served by chef Kevin himself! Jacki is always on the move between tables. Her knowledge of the wine list is well worth exploring, and she recommends by what works and not what is the most expensive. Tables are always yours for the night so you can relax. We're great fans of the coffee and pastries to finish the night... even if we are already full. Breakfast is exactly what you'd expect: cereal, fruit juice, toast, etc except this one has a proper chef creating it. We keep going back!

A fantastic stay and tasting menu meal for to celebrate my mum's recent significant birthday. A very friendly welcome and an absolutely delicious meal with then a very restful sleep in the rooms above. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Food here was exemplary! Definitely one of the best restaurants we have tried in Norfolk so far!
Wine recommendations were great, and Jacki was excellent at service. Our glasses were topped up at the perfect time and plates were not left or removed too quickly. I used to work in a fine dining restaurant many years ago and this is definitely a skill I have noticed seldom elsewhere.  We felt thoroughly looked after. A full 5 out of five for the restaurant and amazing food! Thank you so much Kevin and Jacki
