Did sharing as we had 6 persons, tried starters, oysters, grilled snapper, pasta. All very good. Great to share as we had a chance to taste many dishes. The tiramisu was really good, surprised that it does not have rum or any alcohol. Service was really good with good recommendations.

As we prepared to leave, I set my Chihuahua down, and she meandered briefly past their table (the only path available, given the intimate spacing). What happened next was unthinkable: the gentleman kicked my dog.

Stunned and furious, I chose to address the matter with dignity, resisting a direct confrontation. I approached the hotel manager, Simone, and recounted the incident. He assured me of his own fondness for animals and promised to speak with the couple. After his conversation with them, Simone returned with little more than an apologetic shrug and a “there’s nothing we can do.”

This experience left me profoundly disappointed, and I cannot envision returning. Such a beautiful tranquil place in the heart of Milano! Every Four Seasons is beautiful and the service is excellent and this one is no exception! So personable and everyone is very nice, polite and always smile. The manager even surprised my son with a Lego he loved❤️ Amazing food and service. Our room was very spacious given most European hotel rooms are quite small. Beautiful garden. Everything is amazing. The place to stay when in Milano. Will be back!
