Loving this Hotel everyone is very accommodating & pleasant. Breakfast and dinner where great. I would highly recommend, the views are amazing and very clean. The only negative thing that for me is it's a far walk to go to the shops, & restaurants because of a bad back I needed to call for a taxi cart to go anywhere so this could get expensive $10 one way. Hope it was helpful.

Good view but many others close by have same amazing view...Service below zero. Some Waiters are really unfriendly.
Barman good, cocktails ok, nothing special but overpriced like almost evetything in Panarea.
Would not recommend, Cincotta and Lisca Bianca have same nice view and better service.

The atmosphere is lovely and they have a fantastic menu the view that we can  see from our room is relaxing and the lava that's coming out from the mouth of volcano are fantastic, the staff are really kind and approachable 😍😍

Absolutely breathtaking here..the food the pool shopping in the boutiques the disco...all so special... the terrace views are spectacular .. I loved the Hotel Raya and Panarea... our family had the greatest time....  it's paradise  and I will  return !!

Trovo vergognoso e al quanto inadeguato che nel caso si voglia ordinare del cibo dopo l'aperitivo, non sia possibile.
Un luogo che vuole vendersi come un posto al top deve garantire ai suoi clienti un servizio al top.

Ho avuto il piacere di poter sorseggiare dei cocktail nella bellissima terrazza del raya. Peccato che i cocktail sapevano di acqua con aromi.
Pessima esperienza, consiglio di cambiare barman (se così si può definire).
