Instinct bistro welcomed us with incredibly nice and helpful staff. We had special dietary restrictions and they managed to guide us through the menu and recommend interesting options. We were totally enchanted by the appetizers, but only after them did the real feast begin. We took the dish for two and loved it! We have never eaten such tender pork complemented by those aromatic sides. Chapeau bas!

Some places understand the art of food. Bistrot Instinct understands this. You can tell that there is much intentionality that goes behind flavor and texture combinations. Both my entree and dessert each had something so creamy, something crispy, something in the middle. I’m not a big fan of scallops…however, these scallops tasted mild and buttery soft. The vanilla in the sauce added mystery and intrigue, and somehow tasted like it really belonged there. They are imaginative and creative, which is always a huge +++ in my book.
