The food at Aromaticus is delicious! We have gone numerous times and have always been delighted with what we got. This last time I had the soba stir fry and the husband got the falafel wrap - both were spectacular! I really appreciate having a vegan and vegetarian friendly place to eat in Rome … and this place stands out among the few options as being creative with fresh ingredients! I will always go out of my way to have a meal here - you should too!

Wow. What a great place! I haven’t tasted such creative and delicious food in years. A MUST visit in Rome, for vegans, vegetarians, whatever.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I spent over a month in Europe in 4 different countries and a dozen different cities, and this was not only the best meal of the trip, but the best meal of my LIFE. I wish I was exaggerating, but I would come back to Rome just to eat here again. We got here a little before they started dinner service, but they sat us in a great spot on the cute patio and we had a glass of Prosecco and snacked on some nuts and little breadsticks. They gave us an amuse-bouche type of thing, which was gazpacho of some sort and I could have eaten a gallon of it. I would’ve been happy to only have eaten that, but we hadn’t even ordered it. For an appetizer we got the focaccia, which had mushrooms and sprouts and some sort of green sauce on it, and it was just as incredible as the gazpacho. At this point I didn’t think the main course stood a chance against the first two, but we ordered some sort of pasta dish, and I actually have no idea what was in it, but I will remember it for the rest of my life. It was INSANE. So creamy and oily with a little spice, and I literally think about it every day. Lol. Lastly, I got the tiramisu, which was creamy and delicious, and not overly sweet. All in all, PHENOMENAL. Not everything is vegan, some is vegetarian, but the menu is clear about the distinctions. My mom is not vegan and this was also one of the best meals of her life. I’m drooling just writing this review and thinking about it! (And it was more than 2 months ago).

Absolutely fantastic!  Best vegan restaurant we ate at during our week in Rome. Lovely, varied menu and the staff SUPER friendly. Also among the best service we had in Rome. Highly recommend, best to make a reservation.

Wow! Food was amazing and innovative. If you want to experience new flavors combined with vegetables and erbes thats the right spot! Highly recommend for everyone(I’m not vegan/vegetarian).
