The hotel has a fantastic location in the old town of Palma. We were kindly given an upgrade (thank you for that). The room was beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the rooftop terrace with a pool and a great view was a highlight. The service was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere, while still wanting to stay in Palma to enjoy the many attractions and great restaurants.

What a fantastic hotel!

Faultless in every aspect. Brilliant location, amazing staff, superb bar, brilliant rooftop bar, and a world class wellness centre in the lower level…. Lots of compliments to all,  however without hesitation the standout was the man who was everywhere, Feyzi A true gentleman and a standout professional. Feyzi, you are a credit to the hotel.

I would say on whole this hotel property is a disappointment. It is incredibly difficult to find, the rooms are small (think Manhattan) and it really is not worth the price. Also I find the website description to be somewhat dishonest. They advertise a Michelin star restaurant BUT they do not disclose that the restaurant is a seperate business and guests are not prioritised for booking or even asked. They are trading on another business's name but actually it's false advertising.

On a positive note the staff are very very good and always do their best. My gut feeling is a very poor level of middle to upper management are responsible for what is ultimately a real let down. Round the corner is a hotel with a restaurant by the co creator of Barrafina. They couldn't of been more accomodating, helpful and welcoming.

Think before you spend. So much choice in Mallorca.... So much choice in Palma. This property just isn't worth it. There is better.

Wife and I loved our stay. Nice rooftop pool, good food all around, excellent staff. Rooms are comfortable, modern and luxurious. I thought the highlight was the spa which was well-appointed, relaxing and intimate. It was a great experience and you can tell the crew is very detail-oriented. Truly a boutique hotel. Nice walk to a variety of good restaurants and markets of the old city and the nearby Cathedral. Close to the beach as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat
