An interesting experience at this Chueca restaurant, for lunch.
A perfect ceviche (cold , well balanced and well prepared ) , followed by a Korean beef tartar . IMO, meat was sliced too thin..but it was still tasteful.
Nice white wine by the glass.

Good food , we did the tasting. Our table was for 9 pm. At 10 pm the restaurant got super busy so our service slowed down.
Very interesting and creative food. I would recommend doing either the tasting or the a la carte.

We absolutely love this restaurant and have dined here five or six times. The food is consistently exceptional, and the staff is always fantastic. Paola, the wine sommelier, has an incredible knowledge of wines and always makes perfect recommendations. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

This restaurant was an absolute gem! While visiting Madrid, my husband and I made a reservation here for lunch, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The drinks were masterfully crafted. We ordered the Pisco Nikkei, which was a refreshing blend of flavors, and the Spicy Margarita, which had just the right amount of kick—both were amazing. We tried a variety of dishes from the menu, and each one was a delightful surprise. The Wonton Crujiente was a crispy, flavorful start, and the Croqueta Chili Crab was rich and indulgent. My favorite appetizer was the Japo Pani Puri—an innovative twist that was bursting with vibrant flavors. We also tried the 7 Potencias, a seafood dish that was as delicious as it was beautifully presented, and the Ceviche, which was fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced. Every bite was an exceptional experience, full of bold and exciting flavors. The combination of expertly crafted cocktails, innovative dishes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere made this lunch one of the highlights of our trip to Madrid. If you're looking for a dining experience that offers both creativity and quality, this restaurant is an absolute must.
