To see this you are going to have to up some stairs. There will be some blue uniformed guard there protecting the gate. I’m not sure what exactly I am looking at but given that there are lots of people taking photos here seems like it is worth taking a look

Logården is a garden by Stockholm Castle, located towards Skeppsbron and Saltsjön between the castle's south-east and north-east wings. One explanation for the name may be that wild animals were kept in the yard, wolves, lynx, foxes and even lions. The old castle Tre Kronor also had a similar "farm" but there it was called Lejongården or Leopardgården [1]. According to another interpretation, the name derives from the "lodgården" which was located outside the northeastern part of the Castle Three Crowns. On the ground floor inside, the artillery had its stores and workshops. The cannonballs, which were called "plumb", were stored in the plumb yard. Later, the name was distorted to "Logården". [2] In 1798, the "Royal Palace Garden" was established, which was an English park in miniature according to Fredrik Magnus Piper's drawings. During the years 1922 to 1930, Logården was rebuilt, from the then park facility to today's more open area with water mirrors on each side at a time from the eastern vault out to Skeppsbron.
